There are fears for loved ones aplenty in Coronation Street next week, as confirmed in my new video clips, with the whereabouts of one character unknown while a drugs ordeal leaves a number of others shaken.

Gary Windass (Mikey North) has vanished without a trace, leaving Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) worried sick.

And she’s not the only one, with Liam (Charlie Wrenshall) starting to worry about his stepdad’s whereabouts.

Will the matter be cleared up with a simple explanation? Or is there genuinely reason to be concerned?

Speaking of reasons to be concerned, a midsummer party for a number of cobbles characters proves eventful and not in a good way, with a drug-laced drink set to vanish, leaving Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) worried that Asha (Tanisha Gorey) might have taken it.

And over at the hotel, Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) receives a request from Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan).

Monday June 23

The midsummer party gets underway and Aadi is horrified to realise that someone has taken the cup containing the drugs. Aadi shares his concerns that Asha could have taken the drink before she left for work, leaving everyone horrified.

Wednesday June 25

Maria attempts to reach Gary to no avail. Liam asked after Gary, with Maria doing her best to cover so that he doesn’t panic. However, it’s quite clear that she too is worried about his whereabouts.

Friday June 27

Ronnie pops over to Chariot Square hotel with a gift for Debbie, urging her to take him back, promising her that he is ‘all in’. Debbie, however, isn’t keen on a reunion.
