EastEnders is lining up a huge week for Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) and Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), as confirmed in my new spoiler pictures, with the two getting engaged once again.
It’s very much a spur of the moment thing, with a romantic vibe filling Albert Square following the launch of the couple’s new limousine business.
Alfie wants to stage a fake wedding shoot to promote the vehicle, but in doing so, gets down on one knee and pops the question.
Just wait until you see the costumes for their ‘hag do’!
The new venture doesn’t go without a hitch, however. It’s originally Harvey Monroe’s (Ross Boatman) idea, though after pitching the purchase to partner Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth), they realise that they can’t find the cash.
Kat is furious to see him approach her cab drivers for a stake in the opportunity, but before long gets the upper hand by bagging the car for herself. But there’s a catch, she has to take on a silent partner!
While one relationship seems to be going swimmingly, another hits a rocky road. Peter Beale (Thomas Law) is struggling to bond with baby Jimmy, and is blaming Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) for his visual impairment.

She becomes desperate for a drink, and after being refused at The Vic and Harry’s Barn, stays out all night. The next day, as Peter prepares to show his commitment, she calls time on their romance.
A furious Peter then speaks to Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff) about fighting for custody.
Elsewhere, Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) prepares to relaunch The Prince Albert and it goes disastrously. Not enough tickets have been sold and, lets face it, she’s not the most popular Walford resident.
To make matters worse, rival Elaine Knight (Harriet Thorpe) decides to host a karaoke party on the same night of her re-opening. It seems to be a roaring success until the punters start heading elsewhere.
She’s narked to discover that husband George (Colin Salmon) has assisted in making the event so popular.
Plus, there’s more drama for the teens when Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) is offended by Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman), and troubled Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) steals Alfie’s credit card to buy adult content with Joel Marshall (Max Murray).
