1. Carla tells Lisa how she feels
When a burst pipe floods Lisa’s flat, Carla invites Lisa and Betsy to stay with her. As they move in, Carla feels awkward when she discovers files related to Becky’s death amongst Lisa’s belongings.
Meanwhile, Lisa’s attempts at surprising Carla with a romantic lunch are thwarted when she receives an urgent call to an incident.
Despite receiving a few injuries, Lisa returns in time for the countdown to midnight. As the new couple celebrate, Carla lets slip to Lisa that she loves her.
2. Carla is rushed to hospital
Roy grows concerned for Carla’s safety when she starts hearing things and looking confused. He urges her to go home and rest and later decides to check up on her.
Roy lets himself into the flat and is shocked to find Carla barely conscious on the living room floor. Carla is rushed to hospital, where the doctor informs Roy that Carla may be suffering from sepsis.
3. Lisa feels hurt by Carla’s lies
Lisa returns to the flat with flowers and wine but is surprised to see that Carla’s not at home.
At hospital, Carla’s sepsis diagnosis is confirmed. She’s horrified to learn that it has damaged her kidney and she may need another transplant.
Having realised Carla lied about her whereabouts, Lisa visits Carla at the hospital. Carla tells her that she didn’t want any fuss and claims that she’s already on the mend. Hurt, Lisa heads out.
4. Mason helps Lisa expose the truth
Lisa remains certain that Matty was involved in Becky’s death. After his release, she confronts him in the precinct about his whereabouts on the night Becky was killed. Her investigation is quickly curtailed by Kit, who warns her to back off.
Later, Lisa shows Mason some crime scene pictures of Becky’s death and tells him that his brothers were driving the car that hit her.
Stunned by the revelation, Mason enlists Dylan’s help to keep watch while he searches his brothers’ flat. After discovering a WWII helmet, he hands it over to Lisa as potential evidence.
5. Kit and David clash
Bernie intervenes as an argument escalates between Kit and David and reminds Kit that David was a good friend to Paul.
Things are no less tense for David at home when he receives a grilling from Max and Lily, as Shona drops the news that David prevented her from seeing Clayton.
Keen for revenge, David decides to confront Kit and trick him into confessing that he framed Nathan.
6. Kit places David in danger
Kit sees through David’s plot to expose him and decides to retaliate by taking the law into his own hands.

David is left feeling uneasy when Kit warns him to watch his back and makes it clear that Matty and Logan are once again out to get him.
Meanwhile, Shona tries to repair her relationship by suggesting an evening of games with Lily. After receiving some wise words from Audrey, will David decide to patch things up with Shona?
7. Cassie continues to con Ken
When Ken notes that Cassie seems out of sorts, it prompts an emotional outburst from Cassie, who makes out she’s in debt after splashing out on presents for the family.
Later in the week, Tracy and Steve are shocked to see Cassie wearing Steve’s dressing gown. Cassie explains that she stayed over to look after Ken as Steve was working a night shift. Tracy seethes as Cassie winds her up by suggesting that she fancies Ken.
8. Tracy tries to catch Cassie out
Ken falls for Cassie’s attempts at preying on his generosity when she compares herself unfavourably to him, pointing out her lack of culture and education.

Meanwhile, Tracy is convinced Cassie wants to get her hands on Ken’s money and tells Steve that it would be a bad idea for him to move out of Number 1 currently.
After learning that Cassie has received an advance in her wages from Ken, Tracy confronts her.
As Tracy prepares to return to Spain, she warns Steve and Amy to keep an eye on Cassie while she’s gone.
9. Toyah tries to get Leanne off the hook
Nick and Toyah watch Leanne from across the street, having uncovered her scheme to frame them for fraud.
After Dee-Dee tells Toyah that Leanne could face a custodial sentence for her actions, Toyah pleads with Nick to drop the charges.
Later, Leanne bumps into Nick, Toyah and Sam as they head into town to celebrate Nick’s birthday.
10. Roy inspires Evelyn
Evelyn confesses to Roy that she’s in a rut and her life lacks purpose. Roy points out Evelyn’s recent interest in law and suggests she embark on a law degree.
Taking Roy’s advice on board, Evelyn fills in her online university application and tells Tyrone about her plans to read law at university.
11. Evelyn receives a setback
Having submitted her application, Evelyn is panicked when she is invited for an interview at the university.
However, things worsen for Evelyn when she heads into her interview and comes face to face with the woman she impersonated at the recent law lecture at Chariot Square.
12. Max hides the truth from Lauren
Lauren calls Max from prison and confides her nerves about the upcoming trial.
Max tries to remain positive in an attempt to alleviate Lauren’s fears but can’t bring himself to tell her that she’ll be facing one of the toughest barristers around.
13. Mason tries to move on from his past
Dylan pays Mason a visit. Having learned from Tim about the abuse Mason received from his brothers, he suggests they put the past behind them. Mason is delighted by the gesture and accepts.
Meanwhile, Betsy is touched when she arrives at Number 4 and realises that Mason has cooked a romantic dinner for her.
Things turn sour for the couple later in the week when Betsy discovers messages on Mason’s phone from Stu – offering him a job in Germany. She orders him to get out, just as Lisa arrives home and demands to know what’s going on.
14. Daisy pulls away from Daniel
Sarah witnesses Daniel having a private chat with Daisy in The Rovers and is concerned when Daisy begins to cry. Sarah follows her into the back room and questions her about what happened.
Later, Daisy visits Daniel with a bin bag full of Bertie’s toys and confesses that it’s best if she cuts ties with Bertie.
