Next week on EastEnders, Suki and Eve’s wedding is under threat as evil Nish prepares to destroy the couple’s happiness once and for all.

Elsewhere, Stacey is threatened by Martin’s growing attachment to Ruby, while Ravi and Jack come to blows over Denise.

1. Suki receives worrying news

Spirits are high in Walford as the day of Suki and Eve’s joint hen do arrives.

The Panesars help the brides-to-be get ready for the occasion, but the celebrations are cut short when the police turn up at Number 41 with a concerning update.

They inform the family there’s been a reported sighting of Nish – in Albert Square.

2. Suki gets cold feet about the wedding

Terrified by the knowledge that Nish is close by, Suki’s fears for her family start to grow.

She starts to have second thoughts about the wedding, but after a pep talk from Yolande, Suki vows not to let Nish ruin the happiest day of her life.

3. Nish turns the screws on Nugget

Unbeknownst to Suki, Nugget has fallen under Nish’s spell and remains in secret contact with his grandfather.

Using the lad as a pawn in his wicked revenge, Nish continues to manipulate Nugget into passing on information.

4. Jean is dealt a cruel blow

Across the Square, Jean is waiting for an update about the online fraud scam she fell for.

Stacey’s mum is hopeful she’ll get the money back that was stolen from her. However, when the call comes through, it’s not the news she was hoping for and Jean is left facing a difficult future.

5. Nish prepares to pounce

With the wedding celebrations back on track, Suki and Eve are a picture of contentment as they head over to Harry’s Barn for their joint hen. But danger is looming as a menacing Nish watches on from the shadows, intent on causing carnage.

Later, Denise alerts Ravi that Nish has been seen nearby, as he worries about what his dad has in store.

6. Penny and Jack discuss the past

Father and daughter have an emotional heart-to-heart about their tumultuous relationship, and decide it’s time to put their differences behind them.

7. Martin and Ruby grow closer

Zack wants to see the year out in style and tries to rope Martin into joining his big night out.

However, Martin bails in favour of spending the evening with Ruby at Roman’s hospital bedside.

Ruby is delighted when Martin arrives to support her, as the exes continue to grow closer.

8. Suki and Eve’s big day arrives

As a New Year arrives in E20, the excited locals come together to celebrate Suki and Eve’s wedding.

The beautiful brides are beside themselves with joy as they finally prepare to say ‘I do’.

Will their big day be everything they hoped for? Or is Nish going to destroy their relationship once and for all?

9. Stacey lashes out at Ruby

Martin receives worrying news about Stacey and rushes to her aid.

Ruby’s not far behind, but her presence is unwelcome and Martin is annoyed when Stacey ends up snapping at her.

Ruby tries to defuse the situation and urges Martin to be there for Stacey in her hour of need.

10. Freddie puts his foot in it

Kat and Alfie are taking things slowly with their rekindled romance, determined not to make a mess of it this time. But Freddie unknowingly stirs up trouble between the pair when he suggests they should get married again.
