1. Dee-Dee has suspicions about Joel
Dee-Dee spots a notification on Joel’s laptop that invites him to rate his recent experience at Belfast Airport. Curious, Dee-Dee quizzes her fiancé.
Dee-Dee is unaware that the real reason the flight was booked was to get Lauren out of Weatherfield before she revealed Joel’s lies.
Hoping to pull the wool over Dee-Dee’s eyes, Joel makes out that he was meant to visit Belfast for work but the trip got cancelled.
2. Dee-Dee receives a warning from Emily

Dee-Dee gives Emily a fairy charm for Maeve’s bracelet, and invites Maeve to be a flower girl at the upcoming wedding. However, Dee-Dee is confused when Emily reveals that Maeve doesn’t own a charm bracelet.
Viewers know that Joel lied to Dee-Dee about Maeve’s bracelet to evade suspicion about a jewellery receipt Dee-Dee found.
Dee-Dee is taken aback when Emily reveals that Joel is still paying rent on his old flat and warns her to be careful.
3. Dee-Dee decides to play detective
With Emily’s warning in mind, Dee-Dee determines to get to the bottom of things.
When she returns home, Dee-Dee searches Joel’s briefcase and finds the keys to Joel’s flat.
Convinced that Joel is having an affair, Dee-Dee lets herself into the flat and begins searching for clues.
4. Betsy receives advice from Mason
With Betsy having recently confided in Mason that she’s blackmailing a criminal, Mason grows concerned when he clocks a bruise on Betsy’s arm.
Assuming that the man is to blame, he urges Betsy to tell her mum the truth.
Will Betsy reveal all about her connection with Joel?
5. Nick receives worrying news about Toyah
As Toyah faces her operation, manipulative Rowan reassures Leanne that she’s doing the right thing by distancing herself from Toyah’s cancer treatment and focusing on herself.
Meanwhile, Nick awaits news at the hospital but is shocked when the consultant breaks some news about Toyah’s condition.
Leanne is horrified when she receives a call from Nick informing her that Toyah has suffered complications and she needs to get to the hospital as soon as possible.
6. Amy has second thoughts

Amy moves ahead with her plans to invest her inheritance in The Institute’s new resource centre, but tells Leanne that Ken will need to sign off on the transfer.
Worried that Amy is making a huge mistake, Aadi questions her about the decision. He warns her to give it some serious thought before she risks losing Deirdre’s inheritance.
7. Rowan is frustrated at Leanne’s new priorities
Rowan informs Leanne about Amy’s investment decision but is shocked when Leanne brushes him off. Leanne tells him that she’s on her way to visit Toyah, and Rowan fears that he’s beginning to lose his grip over her.
Meanwhile, Nick reveals to Toyah that he loves her and is preparing to break the news to Leanne. Before he can act, Nick receives another threat from Rowan demanding the £20,000 investment – or Rowan will tell Leanne everything.
Later, Simon invites Leanne to visit him in Rotterdam, just as Rowan tries to win back her attention by fast-tracking her to Level 8 at The Institute. Leanne is torn but Nick urges her to visit Simon.
8. Cassie gets her wires crossed
Cassie is excited when Steve invites her to an evening of classical music in the park and assumes that he’s taking her on a date. Cassie has been developing feelings for Steve in recent weeks and turns up at Number 1 looking glamorous.
She receives a rude awakening when Steve informs her that she’s attending the concert with Ken, as Steve has arranged a date with Demi instead.
Later in the week, Cassie and Steve are at loggerheads following the incident and their bickering prompts Ken to order them both out of Number 1.
As Cassie contemplates quitting her job as Ken’s carer, she returns to the house and overhears Ken on the phone. Will the conversation cause Cassie to change her mind?
9. Tracy returns
Tracy makes a comeback after moving to Spain with Tommy Orpington earlier in the year. When she learns that Ken has employed Cassie as his carer, she immediately makes her disapproval known. Cassie takes offence at Tracy’s harsh judgement of her.
Tracy makes out to Ken that she’s only back in town to visit Amy but Ken suspects she’s hiding the real reason for her return.
10. Kit refuses to forgive Bernie

When Kit fails to show up for a family dinner, Paul is disappointed as he was under the impression that Kit had forgiven Bernie and moved on.
Paul confronts Kit over his feelings of resentment towards Bernie and plays a message urging Kit to forgive her for the sake of the family. However, Kit is in no mood for forgiveness and refuses.
The conversation takes a turn when Paul begins struggling for breath and Kit is thrown into a panic. Will he be able to save Paul?
11. Kit moves into The Rovers
Kit moves into Glenda’s old room at The Rovers and quickly realises it’s a hub for local gossip. Kit’s pleased, aware that it could prove to be very useful for him.
Making himself at home in The Rovers, Kit flirts with Daisy but soon catches the attention of Ryan. Impressed with Kit’s vinyl collection, he suggests they go out for a drink.
