1. The Panesars reflect

After the shocking events of New Year, the Panesars struggle to come to terms with Nish’s death. Eve panics when Suki takes a turn for the worse in hospital, but she is reassured when the doctor explains what has happened.

While Vinny attempts to speak to Nugget about his actions, Ravi asks for Suki’s forgiveness and then meets up with Denise for a heart-to-heart.

2. Billy gets suspicious

Nigel helps Kathy with the lunchtime rush at the café, and his good deed gets rewarded as he bags himself a permanent job. Later, Billy asks Nigel about why he has returned to Walford, and it soon becomes clear that he might not be revealing the full story.

Billy gets more concerned when he finds out that Phil has decided to sign half of the Boxing Den over to Nigel, who seems reluctant to take it.

3. Junior makes a confession

Elaine holds a crisis meeting in The Vic to try and figure out who attacked Cindy. The spotlight is on Junior, so to try and clear his name, he makes another confession that shocks everyone. Afterwards, a fight breaks out between Peter and Junior, with George also giving his son some home truths.

Later, Junior visits Cindy at the hospital, but he gets a surprise himself when he arrives. What has he discovered?

4. Denise faces questions

The Panesars celebrate Suki’s return from hospital, but Nugget is distracted by other matters, and Priya tries to reason with her son. Denise visits Suki at home, but they end up talking about Ravi.

At the salon later in the week, Kim questions Denise about her recent whereabouts. Denise keeps the truth to herself, but when she receives a flower delivery, Kim becomes even more intrigued. As Kim offers some advice, will Denise tell her the truth?

5. The Knights make a discovery

Tensions remain high between Elaine and George at The Vic as she questions her husband’s loyalty. But later that evening, Elaine, Anna and Gina make a huge discovery.

The trio discuss the best course of action to take in the aftermath. Gina and Anna secretly try to dispose of what they have discovered, but they don’t realise that Peter is following them.

6. Stacey gets advice

Following Stacey’s discovery that Martin and Ruby have rekindled their relationship, Jean gives her some pearls of wisdom regarding her ex-husband.

Later, Martin and Ruby visit Stacey at the bap van to give her an update about Roman’s condition. How will she react?

7. Sharon confronts Phil

Nigel confronts Phil about his surprising Boxing Den offer and wants to refuse the deal, but Phil is insistent.

When Nigel asks for Sharon’s help, she confronts Phil at The Vic, increasingly concerned about his behaviour. She recruits Jay, Teddy and Billy to help stage an intervention, but she is surprised when they aren’t keen.

8. Nigel’s secret is revealed

Nigel attempts to flee Walford, but instead he ends up paying a visit to the laundrette. When Yolande tries to support him, Nigel reveals a big secret. Meanwhile, Phil becomes concerned about his friend’s whereabouts and Sharon helps him to search.

In the laundrette, Nigel continues to open up to Yolande about his true reasons for being in Walford, when Phil arrives. What has Nigel been hiding?

9. Cindy’s condition changes

Peter confronts Gina and Anna about what he has seen and demands to know the truth. The sisters tell him everything and he reluctantly agrees to keep their secret.

Later, Peter is concerned that Ian hasn’t visited Cindy in hospital. But this might change when Ian receives a call from the hospital with an update. What has happened to Cindy?

10. Reiss makes a plan

Reiss summons a group of Walford residents in The Vic to discuss his new plan ahead of Sonia’s murder trial.

However, he quickly realises that not everyone shares his enthusiasm…
