Next week on EastEnders, Alfie discovers Tommy’s abuse when he returns home, while a feud begins between the Panesars and the Mitchells, and Jack is blackmailed by Harry.

1. Priya reassures Ravi

Nugget spots Avani messaging a boy, and she pleads with him to keep it a secret. Ravi later confiscates his daughter’s phone and asks Priya to help him gain access to it.

But Priya isn’t concerned about Avani and tells Ravi that she secretly told her that she is going out with Barney. Reassured that she is safe, Ravi decides against going through Avani’s messages and gives her back the phone.

2. Jack makes a discovery

Penny and Harry are currently blackmailing Jack, though the details of this haven’t yet been revealed. Jack arrives at The Arches in search of answers, and Harry tells him that he must agree to the terms by the end of the week.

But Jack later makes a worrying discovery which he shares with Penny. What has he found out?

3. Alfie is suspicious

Alfie returns home early from his course in Birmingham, and Kat tries to hide the injury that Tommy caused. Her bruise is quickly spotted by Alfie, and Kat explains it away by saying she had an accident while on a drunken night out with Stacey. However, Alfie realises she is lying after a chat with Stacey in The Vic.

Later, Kat is angry with Tommy for using her credit card without asking, and she tells her son that she has already lied to Alfie about her injury. But what they don’t realise is that Alfie has been listening to their conversation…

4. Avani gets hurt

Avani meets up with Mason, where she tells him that she isn’t going to sleep with him. But her new boyfriend then tells her to leave, and Avani ends up with a busted lip.

Meanwhile, sparks fly between Ravi and Priya at Walford East, but Ravi then finds Avani, injured and upset. Avani makes up a cover story, but Ravi mistakenly thinks Barney is to blame and wants revenge.

5. Tommy fights with Freddie

Alfie demands answers from Kat, and after his questioning, she eventually admits that she got her injury from Tommy.

Later on, the Moons have dinner together in the flat with Freddie. But the family dinner soon takes a dark turn when Tommy and Freddie have an altercation.

6. A family feud begins

Ravi decides to teach Barney a lesson, even though he is completely innocent, and Ravi and Teddy end up involved in a fight of their own. Avani arrives on the scene and convinces her dad to call off his plans.

Teddy and Ravi square up to each other outside the café, and the police arrive as the situation escalates. Later, Teddy recruits Harry for a plan to get revenge on Ravi.

7. Harry gets tough

Penny confronts Harry in The Arches, following Jack’s discovery, but Harry is able to quickly ease her concerns.

Harry then hits back at Jack and tells him that the blackmail deadline has moved forward. Jack eventually agrees to turn a blind eye to Harry’s dodgy dealings.

8. The Panesars plot revenge

The Panesars come to terms with the events of the previous night. The family discuss the most effective way to take revenge on the Mitchells, but Suki doesn’t agree, insisting that she doesn’t want any more of her family to end up in prison.

Nish decides that he and Suki will speak to Teddy together, and they arrange to meet up with him in the café. How will their meeting unfold?

9. Jean wants answers

Kat and Alfie are forced to deal with a night of chaos at the flat. However, Kat continues to make excuses for her son’s violent behaviour.

Freddie is now aware of Tommy’s abuse, but at No.31 he is put under pressure by the Slaters, with Jean convinced that he is covering for Kat. Will Freddie reveal all?

10. Barney hides a secret

Teddy fears that Barney is alienated and tries to make him feel part of the family. But he isn’t successful in reaching out to his son, and Barney makes a big decision.

Later, Harry overhears Barney on the phone, and both he and Teddy are concerned about what they discover. What is Barney hiding?
