1. Cindy and Ian clash

With her attacker still on the loose, Cindy anxiously waits to hear news from the police about the new evidence in her case. Afterwards, Ian listens to his wife’s latest accusations, but the pair end up in a tense argument over her thoughts. Cindy then makes an effort to reduce hostilities, but her grand plan takes a turn for the worse when her true motivations come to light.

Later, Cindy spots that her cherished locket has vanished – so she convinces herself that her assailant must have swiped it in the moments after they committed their crime.

2. Ravi raises suspicions

After Denise overhears Ravi discussing a dodgy deal, she starts to worry that her lover is up to no good. She then asks Ravi to help her with a problem at the salon, but he turns down her request. Eventually, Jack turns up and fixes the situation – which leaves Kim wondering whether her sister’s ex is the best option for her after all.

Prior to this, the fragile relationship between Nugget and his dad suffers yet another blow, before Priya spots Ravi chatting away with Nicola. She eventually tries to convince her ex to stay on the right side of the law for the sake of their two children – but what is Ravi hiding?

3. Nigel has a date

Having agreed to a date with Norma, Nigel receives support from Yolande as he prepares himself for his special moment. At the pub, Norma turns up as expected but she also brings along her girl pal, Livi, too. As a result, Nigel persuades Phil to join him and the two ladies at the table.

However, Livi soon spots that his heart isn’t in it and Phil feels the need to make a swift exit. Nigel makes tracks to follow him – but he eventually backs down and chooses to share dinner with Norma instead. How will Phil cope by himself?

4. Junior makes an offer

As the drama continues at the Beale family home, Junior reaches out to Cindy and hands her the opportunity to escape her awkward predicament.

However, Cindy’s family are less than impressed when they receive word that she’s taken up residence with her former lover. Will Cindy’s latest decision add more fuel to the fire?

5. Denise and Ravi are exposed

For the most part, Denise and Ravi have managed to keep their forbidden relationship under wraps. So, when their romance is finally exposed after a moment involving Bernie, there’s plenty of drama on the cards. It doesn’t take too long for the revelation to reach Chelsea and Jack, who struggle to come to terms with Denise’s duplicity.

Meanwhile, Kim and Yolande offer their support to Denise as she talks through her complicated emotions – before tensions reach boiling point when Ravi and Jack come face-to-face at The Vic.

6. Lauren voices her doubts

Worried for her cousin, Lauren visits Sonia and comes clean about her true feelings on Bianca’s ‘confession’ video. In fact, she even states that she knows Sonia has real doubts about her sister’s claims, too.

In a moment of honesty, Sonia admits to Lauren that she thinks Bianca only recorded the video to save her – but will she go any further to prove her innocence?

7. Phil is hospitalised

Following his brief visit to The Vic, Phil heads to his garage and puts himself in serious danger. Afterwards, Harry arrives for his shift, but he soon discovers that his boss is in a terrible way.

Meanwhile, Nigel briefs Patrick and Yolande on his successful date, before he heads off to check on Phil. However, he’s left devastated when he finds his friend being loaded into an ambulance. What has happened to Phil?

8. Martin feels reflective

Considering their shared history, it’s perhaps no surprise that Martin feels the urge to share his latest life development with Stacey. However, his desire to confide in his ex-wife leaves Ruby feeling put out yet again.

Later in the week, Martin finds himself chatting away with Stacey as they look back on family and days gone by.

9. Sonia demands answers

Determined to uncover the truth, Sonia begs her uncle Jack to retrieve a copy of Bianca’s video. It’s not only that, though, as she also pleads with him to keep Reiss in the dark about her request. In the meantime, the mum-to-be pretends to be excited about her fiancée’s plans for a playroom before she picks up the footage from Jack.

Soon afterwards, she settles down to watch the video, but Reiss catches her at the very moment that she plans to start her private viewing. With nowhere to turn, Reiss agrees to watch the tape, but Sonia’s reaction isn’t the one that he was expecting to see.

Subsequently, DI Xiang arrives at No 45 to inform Sonia that the police have officially issued a search warrant for Bianca as they hope to charge her with murder. How will she respond to the news?

10. The Panesars face facts

It’s a huge moment for the Panesar family, as they come together for Nish’s final will reading. Before long, the family are left incredulous when they hear that Bernie has been asked to attend the meeting with them.

As the unlikely group gather for the moment of truth, each attendee is left truly shocked by what they learn…
