Peter is annoyed with Lauren for staying out all evening, so he heads to the hospital for an appointment for Jimmy without Lauren. Lauren ends up having a heart-to-heart with Honey about Jimmy’s diagnosis.

Peter is encouraged by an encounter with another patient at the hospital and returns home full of hope for the future.

Sadly, his relationship with Lauren becomes further strained when he discovers that she nearly relapsed. Peter makes two shocking decisions – breaking up with Lauren and threatening to fight for custody of their sons.

Meanwhile, Cindy faces a lack of interest while trying to promote The Albert’s relaunch. Cindy’s efforts to turn things around lead to an argument with Elaine, who retaliates by hosting a karaoke night for the day of the relaunch.

Elsewhere, Kat meets with Cheeky to discuss a price for the limo. At the last minute, Cheeky reveals a last-minute clause – Kat must take on a silent business partner.

Also today, Barney faces a frosty reception from Priya and Avani while trying to apologise for his behaviour.
