Award-winning comedy Mr Bigstuff returned for season 2 last night, with EastEnders icon Danny Dyer reprising his role as Lee opposite series creator Ryan Sampson, who plays Glen. After first launching in 2024, the show became a big hit for Sky, with Dyer even winning a BAFTA for his chaotic performance.
While reviews for the second season of Mr Bigstuff have been mixed, excited fans have been taking to social media to share their delight, admitting they’ve been bingeing it all in one go.
The first two episodes of the show dropped on Sky Max last night, with the remaining four episodes dropping weekly. However, some fans have been watching the whole thing at once via Sky Go and NOW.

Taking to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote: “Completed season 2 of #MrBigstuff last night. Loved it. Enjoyed playing spot the #Brassic character (and eastenders) Now just got to wait for Season 3….hurry up!! @MrRyanSampson @MrDDyer.”
Another admitted: “It had to be Done! I’ve just Binged watched all 6 Episodes of #MrBigStuff Series 2. Absolutely brilliant, absolutely Hilarious.”
A third confessed that they had enjoyed a “sofa day binge watching the new series of #mrbigstuff”, describing it as “just as good as the first series”.
While another tweeted: “Well being up early means before my radio show I’ve had time to binge series 2 of #MrBigStuff which I thoroughly enjoyed.”

Meanwhile, one fan complained: “Why is it only 6 episodes of 30 minutes, which equates to about 20 to 25 with adverts? Needs to be longer! Watched in one go! @MrDDyer #MrBigStuff #mrbigstuff.”
There was also a lot of praise for the series creator Sampson, with a fan enthusing: “I do believe @MrRyanSampson is a genius #MrBigStuff second series is just the best!! Characters and storyline are brilliant. Laughed so much it’s great medicine.”
Another penned: “Well done to @MrRyanSampson @MrDDyer @hazwebb and all the other Cast members. I absolutely Loved it.”
One more fan applauded: “#ThankYou @MrRyanSampson @MrDDyer for making me #laughoutloud for the last #hour #mrbigstuff #brilliant #sofunny.”

Sky’s official synopsis of Mr Bigstuff reads: “Mr Bigstuff follows life in suburban Essex, where nervy carpet salesman Glen is trying to live as quiet a life as possible and get over his erectile dysfunction for fiancé, Kirsty.
“However, his life is completely upended when his estranged brother Lee crash lands back into his life – complete with a prescription drug addiction and a biscuit tin full of what looks like their Dad’s ashes.
“Catching up with his brother while on the run from his own troubles, reckless Lee thinks Glen will be able to help him out. But as he moves in with the couple, their perfect lives begin to unravel faster than a cheap carpet.”
