Next Episode Of ‘Yellowstone’ Season 5, Part 2 Drops Sunday: Start Time, Where To Watch – Breaking News Updates

Spoiler alert: This story contains details of the third episode of Season 5,

Part 2 of “Yellowstone.”

The fourth episode of the back half of “Yellowstone” Season 5 is set to premiere after

episode three last Sunday gave fans a closer look at the death of Governor John Dutton.

Kevin Costner, who played the head of the Dutton clan since the show’s Paramount Network premiere in 2018, announced in June he would not return for the show’s apparent final season.

Dutton’s death was made to look like a suicide in the second half’s debut episode, with Costner’s stunt double playing the dead governor. While fans were spared from gory images in that episode, that was not the case in the most recent episode, as Dutton’s stiffened and blue body was thoroughly examined by the coroner. Dutton’s death is fully revealed in a flashback during the episode, where three balaclava-wearing pros grab the sleeping governor, drag him to the bathroom, drug him and force a gun into his hand and hold it up to his head.

What does the rest of the season have in stores for fans? Here’s when the newest episode of “Yellowstone” will come out and how you can watch.

‘Yellowstone’ Season 5, Part 2 episode schedule

Here’s when the remaining three episodes of the season will be released:

What will happen in ‘Yellowstone’ Episode 12?

With scheming lawyer co-conspirator Sarah Atwood (Dawn Olivieri) murdered, dark Dutton son Jamie (Wes Bentley) is alone, cornered, and blubbering. Jamie is headed toward arrest. death-by-Dutton or maybe even the family’s dreaded “train station” dumping ground for past foes.

But don’t count the Attorney General out just yet.

“Jamie is a brilliant political animal,” director Christina Voros tells USA TODAY. “He is wired to pivot to the next survival option.”

Dutton siblings Kayce (Luke Grimes) and Beth (Kelly Reilly) are in trouble, too, with insurmountable tax bills and debt on their father’s beloved Yellowstone Ranch, which generations of Duttons have fought to preserve intact.

“If this is a chess game, all the characters are in check. No one’s in checkmate yet,” says Voros. “For Beth and Kacey, there’s no visible path forward that doesn’t include selling off some land portion. In their father’s mind, selling off any is as bad as selling all.”
