EastEnders has been subject to some major scheduling changes this week, but there’s still a way to watch the soap in regular fashion.
Due to the coverage of both Wimbledon and the UEFA Women’s Euros 2025, the BBC soap isn’t airing on television on Monday or Tuesday this week, though there is a double-bill on Wednesday before an instalment apiece on Thursday and Friday.
However, the schedule in place for BBC iPlayer, which sees episodes released on the streamer at 6am from Monday to Thursday, is still in full effect, meaning fans can keep up to date that way.
So, if you’re the type of person to stream episodes at your own convenience, carry on as you were. And if you’re the type of person who likes to sit down at 7.30pm four times a week for your Albert Square fix, you could just start streaming at that time.
With various changes, the soap’s social media channels kindly reminded everybody of this week’s schedule. Wednesday’s double-bill will kick off at 8pm before being followed immediately by another episode, while Thursday and Friday’s parts will begin at the earlier time of 7pm.

The soap will actually acknowledge the scheduling alterations this week, with one scene depicting the women of Walford heading to the Queen Vic as they prepare a toast for the Lionesses.
Elsewhere this week, Anna Knight returns amid Elaine’s health issues, Callum Highway and Johnny Carter’s burgeoning romance continues, and Peter and Lauren Branning are put through the emotional wringer multiple times.

The big story, however, sees Harry Mitchell and Kojo Asare get drawn into Ravi Gulati’s world of drug dealing, which has come about after the latter found himself struggling for money.
Things will quickly go wrong, but Harry is determined to protect his friend – what will happen in this dramatic storyline?
