Of course, it didn’t help that the same day Eric Forrester (John McCook) shot down Carter’s big proposal to expand the company and add to Forrester Creations.
Carter clearly had been working on the business plan for a while now and put a lot of work in to it. He was crushed when the Forresters wouldn’t support him after his years of service to them.
B&B spoilers say Carter Walton could destroy Forrester Creations if he wanted to, and it certainly seems like he wants to.
Carter has been at FC for over a decade, his title is a bit murky but we know that he handles the fashion house’s finances and legal matters. If there’s a company handbook for office protocol, Carter Walton probably wrote it.
We get that Steffy is a Forrester and basically owns the entire Forrester Creations property. But, in the real world you can’t just fire someone for kissing your husband.
If Steffy violated any company policies, Carter will most likely make her face the music for it. But, that’s really the least of her worries.

Carter Walton is sitting pretty right now. He could literally drain the company’s finances or even help the Logan Women start their own company featuring Brooke’s Bedroom and Hope For The Future.
Steffy Forrester could wake up tomorrow and try to grab a latte on her way to the office and learn her cards have all been cancelled.
