General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some fans couldn’t help but be a bit weirded out by Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) visit to Lulu

It makes sense on some level, but it also left viewers considering if it could be a clue about the future.

In the October 3 episode, Jason sat by comatose Lulu to praise her for staying strong and hanging in there.

Jason was just glad he could help along with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), so the show’s leaning into this idea that he is Lulu’s hero.

Of course, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is the one who’s stepping up as a liver donor, but he wouldn’t have had the chance if Jason and Anna hadn’t brought him back.

This could turn into a situation that’s a lot like Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) being forever grateful for Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), who helped bring Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) home from Greenland for the bone marrow transplant.

Willow ultimately developed feelings for Drew – and it all started with his rescue mission. Lulu will undoubtedly be grateful to Jason as well, so could that gratitude lead to her having feelings for him?

It’s a possibility to consider, especially after Jason’s latest trip to see Lulu at the hospital. Some fans are wondering if that might be a hint about Jason and Lulu’s chance at romance!

It might seem like a strange matchup, but is it really any weirder than the Jason and Anna pairing that the show’s been teasing?

Once Alexa Havins debuts as a Lulu recast this fall, maybe they could at least test Lulu’s chemistry with Jason.

We have no doubt that Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will end up back together sooner or later, but soaps are all about the slow burn!

Dante and Lulu surely won’t be thrown into a romantic reunion right away.

The show will want to build to that, especially after Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) upcoming exit.

Since it looks like Sam’s going to face a grim fate, Dante will need time to mourn that loss.

It wouldn’t be right for Dante to just restart a relationship with Lulu immediately, so there’s a possibility Lulu will be paired up with someone else in the meantime.

Could that someone be Jason, particularly once Lulu gets updates on how he played the hero for her and brought Lucky home in the nick of time?
