The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, November 1, prove that Victor doesn’t have the influence over his children he thinks — or wants — when Victoria ignores him to turn to Cole.
What Might Have Been
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck) broke up decades ago. They were reunited this year when their previously presumed dead daughter, Eve, turned out to be Claire (Hayley
Erin) — who kind of, sort of, tried to kill the entire Newman family. But they’ve all moved past that.
Victor (Eric Braeden) forgave Claire for trying to kill him, his wife, and his children. But he will never forgive Cole for being…Cole. Which is why he barked at Cole to stay away from his daughter. Cole heroically suppressed his giggles at the “threat” and went home to have sex with Victoria. She also laughed away her father’s “warning.” When Victoria makes a serious decision, she bypasses asking Victor what she should do and goes to Cole instead. Oh-oh. Victor isn’t going to like that at all. We’re excited!
And Nanny Makes Three
Claire is so forgiven that she even got to be the nanny for Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) son, Harrison (Redding Munsell). Summer (Allison Lanier) wasn’t thrilled, but she sucked it up. But will she be equally as sanguine when Claire butts into what was supposed to be a private moment between Summer and her co-parent?
I Did It My Way
Christine (Lauralee Bell) is here to help Daniel (Michael Graziadei — who shared a great BTS). Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is here to help Daniel. He’s got friends and family looking out for him. But, Daniel decides, nah, I can do this myself.
So, ignoring legal and practical advice, Daniel goes to see Sharon (Sharon Case). Because surely, this time, if he just asks the question in a different way, she will totes confess to killing Heather (Vail Bloom) and clear Daniel’s name.
