Most of Kody Brown’s adult children have a contentious relationship with him. Maddie Brown Brush prefers to keep to herself these days but showed up onscreen to support her mother Janelle.

But even so, Kody seems intent on trash-talking his daughter on the show. During Sunday night’s episode, he publicly called her a drama queen and accused her of keeping his grandchildren from him.

Maddie Brown Brush Shades Her Father On Instagram

Right now, stress and drama are the last thing Maddie Brown Brush needs. She just shared online that she’s expecting her fourth child. On top of that, she and Janelle are launching a new business together.

But when Kody Brown badmouthed her in the new episode, she responded.

“Madison just posted this to her Instagram story! Good for her,” one Sister Wives fan shared on Reddit.

“A piece of advice,” the post begins. “NEVER re-friend or re-family a person who tried to destroy your character, your integrity, or your relationships with others. A snake only sheds its skin to be a bigger snake. If others fall victim and walk away from you because of that, let them… sooner or later the snake will bite them too.”

Other Reddit users praised Maddie and showed empathy in their comments. They wrote:

Is TLC Going Too Far With The Drama This Year?

Drama has always been practically synonymous with Sister Wives. But after the dramatic driveway scene in Sunday night’s episode, fans think TLC has done way too much.

At this point, it seems clear that most of the adult children in the Brown family are done with the show. And after how Kody talks about them, there doesn’t seem to be any incentives for them to film any longer.
