A gun has gone missing in Albert Square – setting up an exciting week ahead.
Earlier this week, Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) was coaxed away from an afternoon spent with Gina Knight (Francesca Henry) after being alerted to a police presence at The Arches.
As it turns out, it was actually a prank played by drug dealer Okie (Aayan Ibikunle Shoderu) so that he could ramp up the pressure for Harry to become further entwined in their operation.
He wanted a confirmation of his commitment in the scheme, and assurance that he wouldn’t stop them from using Kojo Asare’s (Dayo Koleosho) flat as a base.
Harry decided he’d had enough, and picked up a crowbar to threaten his associate.

What he didn’t bargain for was Okie pulling a gun on him. Luckily, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) walked in at the right time and demanded he put the weapon down.
Harry was then told to get rid of it, before any damage could be done…
What did Harry do with the gun?
In today’s episode, Harry headed to some wasteland behind the playpark and across from The Arches, lifting a paving slab and kicking some stones to one side to hide the gun.
Not the safest of locations, and it didn’t take long for Ravi to realise that either.
He said that it had to be properly disposed of, somewhere where nobody would find it.

When Harry returned, it had vanished.
Who found the gun?
Just as Harry stepped away from planting the weapon, Walford’s resident troublemaker Oscar Branning (Pierre Moullier) strolled around the corner and noticed him behaving suspiciously.
While we haven’t explicitly seen him take it, we know from upcoming episodes that Oscar will eventually present the gun to his uncle Jack (Scott Maslen).

Ravi overhears their conversation, and when he goes to retrieve it, is spotted by Denise Fox (Diane Parish).
She alerts Jack to his behaviour, and later, a gun shot rings out.
