Emmerdale fans have forecast a devastating demise in the village that will leave the Dingle family utterly shattered.

Recently on the programme, Vinny (Bradley Johnson) has endured considerable turmoil. Despite being betrothed to Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham), he has been grappling with questions about his sexuality.

Vinny found himself developing romantic feelings for his closest friend Kammy (Shebz Miah) and attempted to kiss him. In an effort to conceal his emotions, Vinny subsequently sought assistance online through an LGBTQI+ discussion forum.

He began corresponding with a gentleman called Mike (Macaulay Cooper) who claimed to be experiencing comparable struggles with his own sexual identity.

Nevertheless, this week witnessed a terrifying development when Mike viciously assaulted Vinny and began extorting him, demanding £10,000 or threatening to expose everything, reports the Daily Star.

During Wednesday’s instalment (August 13), a traumatised Vinny concealed his wounds from Gabby, though it was evident he remained in excruciating discomfort.

Recognising he required an explanation should Gabby notice his bruising, Vinny instigated an altercation with unsuspecting Kammy, whom he provoked in hopes of retaliation.

Subsequently, Kammy insisted Vinny reveal what was troubling him, but Vinny found himself unable to confide. At the episode’s conclusion, he retrieved his mobile to contact the authorities – before losing his nerve.

Viewers now worry that Vinny might perish from his sustained injuries in a tragic development. On an Emmerdale Facebook enthusiast group, one viewer commented: “I think they’re actually going to kill Vinny off.”

Another viewer commented: “He still looked in so much pain, it’s horrible to watch.” A third person agreed: “I thought this too.” Another then suggested: “Maybe Vinny has something terrible going on after being attacked.”
