However, with Hope’s future in turmoil and her mind wandering towards Finn, Brooke is reconsidering Thomas’s role.
Brooke might be planning to bring Thomas back to Los Angeles to help Hope focus and save the “Hope for the Future” fashion line, potentially disrupting Steffy’s plans. But Brooke can’t reveal her true motives, so she might propose to Ridge that Thomas could share the co-CEO role with Steffy. Brooke knows Steffy would never agree to work directly with 
her, but if saving the fashion line requires Thomas’s talent, Steffy might have to reconsider.
Alternatively, Brooke could accept the co-CEO position herself and make bringing Thomas back her first major decision. This move would address both Hope’s emotional distractions and the company’s business needs.
