Emmerdale has revealed the details of what newcomer Celia Daniels wants from Moira Dingle – but can she really be trusted?

The show recently left fans intrigued by releasing a new spoiler picture showing Celia arriving at Butler’s Farm for a cosy chat with Moira.

The two characters didn’t get along last time they interacted, but Moira’s rival now has an idea of how they can work together.

In tonight’s episode, the unexpected guest presents herself as a potential saviour for Moira as she pitches an idea for the farm’s next revenue stream.

With Moira still facing heavy financial penalties from the water company, she needs all the help she can get right now and is willing to listen.

Celia explains: “That posh spa hotel, just past Ilkley, needs a new meat supplier. It’s part of a swanky chain – mate of mine owns it.

“You have beef. I can supply them with poultry, but the hotel wants beef too. So I was thinking, if we were to join forces…

“Admittedly it’s not ideal, but since you’re in such desperate need of cash. No point being shy about it. Especially when you have that whopping bill for that slurry spill of yours.”

Despite her reservations, Moira finds it hard to say no to her surprise visitor and soon signs on the dotted line.

She even enjoys updating Joe Tate when they cross paths at The Woolpack, letting him know that the fortunes of her beloved farm are finally on the up.

It’s no secret that Joe and Kim Tate have been desperate to get their hands on Butler’s Farm as part of their bigger masterplan for the local area. So, is Celia’s sudden visit really all it seems?

Natalie J Robb, who plays Moira, previously teased: “Celia starts with a different approach, she starts to befriend her and Moira actually quite likes her in the end.

“The question is, Celia could be working with someone else to try and push her out, but it’s whether Celia will stick with that. She’s someone Moira doesn’t want to be reckoned with, she’s not somebody you would go against.”
