General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) have officially gone all

the way — and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) knows it.

That’s going to make for some pretty interesting family dynamics when the truth slaps Willow in the face with a positive pregnancy test.

Sealing the deal with Michael as a means of recommitment to him in the wake of him learning she kissed Drew was one thing. Sleeping with Drew the very next day was another.

Now, a pregnancy will mean Willow has no idea whose baby she is having. We can expect that Drew will be understanding of her plight and willing to go along with any paternity testing necessary — and that can be done fairly early in pregnancy now.

But what neither of them know is that Michael is aware of their hook-up. Of course, they’re not aware that Michael had his own either — with Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson).

A pregnancy is the last thing Willow would be expecting — especially after chemotherapy and radiation that often lead to infertility. But stranger things have happened, particularly in Port Charles.

Willow may look at this pregnancy as a means of bonding her further with Michael, but she’ll also be panicked that she’s not actually having his child but Drew’s.

Meanwhile, Michael will know that the baby could be Drew’s, but he may play dumb and see just how far Willow will lure him into expected fatherhood by keeping the truth about her affair from him.

Right now, Michael doesn’t know how he wants to play this angle with his wife and uncle. It’s unclear whether his original effort to stick it out with Willow was genuine, since he already knew she had kissed Drew more than once. Now, he’s got to be wondering whether she’s been sleeping with him all along.

Regardless, he probably won’t immediately let Willow know what he knows. Instead, he’s going to take his time to play this to his advantage — especially where Aurora and ELQ are concerned with Drew.

He may not be too broken up over the thought of losing his wife with how angry he is at her right now. Can he keep that under wraps?

While all of this is going down, we expect that Sasha is also going to find out she is pregnant.

Two babies on board! Will they both be Michael’s, or will Willow and Michael eventually part ways as she gives birth to Drew’s child while Sasha carries Michael’s next son or daughter?

One thing is for sure — Sasha was right about Willow being the sole person to blame for the direction her marriage has taken. But now it’s going to make so much more sense to Willow why her bestie felt so safe lashing out at her that way.
