General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, March 4, 2025. In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect to find out Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) fate, at the hands of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Plus, Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) corners Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) confronts Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

Lastly, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) reminds Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) of his past romance with Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton). (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Portia Robinson’s Complicated Dilemma

On Tuesday, March 4, fans can expect Portia to be threatened. Drew got intel from Selina Wu (Lydia Look) about Portia’s test tampering. Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) handed over the proof to settle a debt with Selina.

While Brad is madly making out with Lucas Cooper (Van Hansis) in Miami, Drew threatens Portia. Speaking of Brad, he ends up making a confession.

Back to Portia, she might not have any choice but to comply with Drew’s demands. However, Portia isn’t the only one dealing with a crisis thanks to Drew.

Laura Collins Questions Curtis Ashford

Over with Laura, she approaches Curtis. Laura will be delivering some news, but will also question him. Laura has a sixth sense about things sometimes. So, when Laura asks Curtis how he got around Drew, what will he say?

Jenz Sidwell’s Fate

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow reveal that Jason will point a gun at Sidwell. In a preview clip, Jason tells the villain that what happens next is up to him.

Of course, Sidwell isn’t going anywhere. His story is just getting started. Someone likely interrupts Jason before he pulls the trigger. 

Sidwell is also a big talker. So, he probably claims that he was just trying to help his ex-girlfriend’s daughter or something to that effect.

Sidwell never admits to his crimes, even when confronted. It’s always a “misunderstanding.” However, Sidwell just being able to walk in the Quartermaine mansion like that could make Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) decision even easier.

Speaking of Sasha, she tells Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) something. Tracy says with a smile but a final voice, “That changes everything.”

Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she tells Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that she’s pushing Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) too far.

Plus, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) confides in Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).

In other news, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) warns Dante that his history with Brook Lynn is deeper than Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) realizes.

With Lulu about to find out the truth about Gio’s parentage, what does that mean for Dante, BLQ, and the rest of the characters?
