What to expect on General Hospital
Carly and Brennan have been playing a game of cat and mouse with one another for months. It’s clear that they are each intrigued with the
other, but they also talk in riddles when they get together.
When Brennan meets up with Carly at Bobbie’s on Monday, they have a loaded conversation that appears to go around in circles. Brennan assures Carly that things are not always what they seem. Is he talking about his position with the WSB, or does he know Carly is covering for Sonny by pretending they slept together?
Molly and T.J. grieve…separately
Molly and T.J. still refuse to confide in one another but instead rely on others when they want to pour out their feelings. T.J. turns to his Uncle Curtis, so the two men have a heart-to-heart. When Curtis tells T.J. that you don’t turn your back on something you love, is Curtis referring to the Savoy or T.J.’s situation with Molly?
As for Molly, she turns up at Charlie’s Pub, where she talks with Dex at the bar. Molly found Dex easy to talk to a few weeks ago, so she uses him as a sounding board again. Will Dex have any good advice this time? Molly muses that the universe may be trying to tell her something. Is Molly ready to make a big change in her life?
Portia’s fury
Terry finds herself defending her actions when Portia learns that Terry rehired Brad without consulting her. They are co-chiefs of staff and are supposed to be making decisions like this together.
Does Terry wonder why Portia would be so concerned with hiring a lab tech who was a convicted felon who served his time? Britt was a convicted felon who served her time, and everyone came to love her as chief of staff.
Perhaps Portia is worried about what Brad could discover in the lab. Yes, Brad has switched his share of lab results in the past, but he has also turned over a new leaf and might report someone who does a little fancy footwork with blood tests. After all, there has to be a reason the GH lab shows that Heather Webber never had cobalt poisoning, when an outside lab shows the opposite.
