General Hospital spoilers tease that Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) hasn’t much of a storyline since he

arrived in Port Charles last May. Gio has become good friends with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and he’s an extremely talented violinist, but that’s all that he’s really had

going on. But all of that seems about to change in a very big way. Unfortunately, that means his life and everything he thought he knew about it, are about to be blown right out of the water.

General Hospital Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine And Dante Falconeri Had A Camp Fling

Recently, we learned that during their teenage years, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) had a summer fling while at summer camp together, along with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

Brook Lynn is currently trying to have a baby with her husband, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) but it’s becoming clear that Brook Lynn may have been pregnant once before and kept it secret from just about everyone.

GH Spoilers – Dante Falconeri May Be Gio Palmieri’s Dad

If Brook Lynn really was pregnant, it stands to reason that Dante would be the father. Of course, Brook Lynn didn’t tell Dante anything about it, perhaps they had already broken up by then.

But there is someone who she definitely would have confided in, and that’s her mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer).

Perhaps Lois took care of Brook Lynn while she was pregnant and even convinced her to put the baby up for adoption. That would mean that Brook Lynn would have no idea what became of the baby.

But Lois might. If she took care of the adoption herself, she may have given Brook Lynn’s baby to a member of her own family.

Gio’s mother died when he was ten, Lois has been very protective over Gio all this time, and that might very well be because she is the only one who knows that she is his grandmother.

Lois can’t keep a cover up like this going forever, especially with Gio living in Port Charles now. It’s only a matter of time that Brook Lynn and Dante both discover their secret connection to Gio.
