General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) criminal alliance could end in ruin. This Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) partnership could really cross the line and bring disaster, so Drew may pay the price sooner or later!
GH fans know Drew supports Sidwell’s plan to move the esplanade to Pier 55, which could force Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) off his own turf.
Drew clearly has vengeful motives when it comes to targeting Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), so that alone could cause trouble.
It’s never a good plan to go up against THE Sonny Corinthos, so Sonny’s retaliation is certainly one path to Drew’s downfall.
However, it’s also a mistake for Drew to align himself with a dangerous criminal like Sidwell. 
Drew knows Sidwell held Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) captive, but he’s too fixated on going after Sonny and Jason to care.
That could come back to bite Drew for multiple reasons.
For starters, just because Sidwell has gotten away with his crimes so far doesn’t mean he’ll get away with his future ones!
Drew’s connection to Sidwell could ruin his congressman career depending on how things play out.
Now that Sidwell is using Drew, it may just be a matter of time until this alliance deepens and spirals out of control.
At some point, Sidwell could go as far as threatening Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) or even Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and her own kids.
It’s easy to imagine Sidwell using the people Drew loves to control him if Drew doesn’t stay in line.
Whatever the case, it’s a bad idea for Drew to seek revenge on Sonny and Jason while aligning himself with a criminal who could do serious damage.
Drew’s link to Sidwell could put the people he cares about at risk – and it could lead to his career being dismantled if Sidwell’s criminal actions blow up publicly down the road.
