General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is starting to worry something might be wrong since she’s been trying for a baby

without success.

Although Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will have a strategy session soon and perhaps try to boost their odds of conception, it may be out of their hands.

Brook Lynn seemed a bit emotional when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) brought up James West’s (Gary James Fuller) traumatic birth, so maybe it reminded her of the traumatic birth of her firstborn child.

The show has certainly been dropping hints that Brook Lynn might’ve had Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) baby and given the child up for adoption following their camp romance.

GH writers are pointing flashing neon signs at Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), so we’d say it’s a done deal that he’s that baby all grown up.

Of course, Gio isn’t a substitute for the little one that Chase and Brook Lynn are trying to have.

It’ll be good for Brook Lynn and Dante to get to know Gio as their biological son, but what about the baby that BLQ and Chase so desperately want?

Due to complications from Gio’s birth, Brook Lynn may not be able to have any more children of her own.

This could open the door to Brook Lynn and Chase adopting a baby, especially if they suddenly find one who needs a loving home.

That brings us to Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) since she’s currently pregnant with Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) child.

Although Sasha intends on keeping the baby at the moment, her plans could change.

There’s no confirmation yet on how Michael will depart the show in the new year, but his exit is indeed looming.

If Michael gets a dangerous departure, that could affect Sasha and make her feel like everyone in her orbit is cursed.

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is back in Port Charles, so he could certainly bring some peril now that he’s sniffing around Sasha and presumably still out for revenge on Holly Sutton (Emma Samms).

At some point, Sasha may decide she’s a danger magnet and that her baby will be safer being raised by someone else.

If Sasha ultimately decides to give her baby up for adoption or she gets an exit of her own down the road, there might be a situation where this child gets raised by Brook Lynn and Chase.

It’d be an interesting way for these storylines to collide, so stick with us for more predictions on what this baby’s future will look like.
