FANS ARE LOVING THIS!!! Coronation Street’s Sally Carman-Duttine supported by co-stars as she celebrates milestone birthday

Coronation Street star Sally Carman-Duttine celebrated a milestone birthday over the weekend.

The actor, who has been playing Abi Webster (previously Franklin) on the ITV soap since 2017, turned 50 years old on Friday.

On her Instagram, Sally shared a series of photos of herself with her friends and family, including husband Joe Duttine, who plays Tim Metcalfe on Corrie.

The pictures show her enjoying drinks, cupcakes, a cheesecake, and a sundae.

“Birthday bitsie bobsies,” she wrote in the caption, adding the hashtags “#spoiltrotten #bestfriends #bestfamily #50rocks”.

Plenty of Sally’s co-stars past and present commented with sweet birthday messages, with Vicky Myers – who plays DS Lisa Swain – writing: “You deserve the world! Happy Birthday. Love you.” Sally Dynevor (Sally Metcalfe) commented: “Stunning.”

Cassie Plummer actor Claire Sweeney commented with four love heart emoji, while Brooke Vincent, who portrayed Sophie Webster, commented with seven hearts in eyes emoji.

Slow Horses‘ Christopher Coghill, who starred alongside Sally in Channel 4’s Shameless, also posted some heart eyes emoji and wrote: “Happy birthday kid xx.”

Last month, Sally revealed that her most recent tattoo was a sweet tribute to husband Joe and his three kids from a previous relationship.

She also said that while she loves her husband, she is “never going to like” working with him.

“I’d be very happy never to have a scene with him ever again,” she said, adding: “I like to come fully prepared and he likes to flesh it out on the floor. Also, he’s very funny. I’m such a giggler and once I’ve gone, I’m gone.

“It’s terrible and even if people get annoyed about it, it doesn’t help. He absolutely makes me howl with laughter and he does it on purpose.”
