around a mobster who is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma after finishing a lengthy prison sentence. After assembling a rag-tag crew of misfits, Dwight (Sylvester Stallone) seeks to build his own family and take over Tulsa. As the song “Get By” by Jelly Roll underscores the scene, the trailer reintroduces Dwight after the events of season 1. Even as the reformed mobster tries to go straight, the arrival of a new foe, played by Frank Grillo, forces him to revert to his old ways to protect the territory he believes is rightly his. Though Dwight faced challenges in season 1, season 2 has upped the ante.

Because of the long delays that hampered the series, Tulsa King‘s release date has been teased at various points since season 2 was confirmed. Originally promised to arrive in fall 2024, the Paramount+ original has delivered and will now begin airing on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
