It’s an emotional night in EastEnders as Ravi Gulati finally reaches breaking point, breaking down in Priya Nandra-Hart’s arms after desperately trying to keep everything together.
The episode picks up in the aftermath of the shocking attack that left Ravi badly beaten. Priya is clearly shaken when she sees him bruised and bloodied, yet Ravi insists on acting as though nothing has happened. When the kids question him about his injuries, he casually claims that a group of masked men jumped him. Nugget and Avani don’t seem overly convinced but Priya hurries them off to school not wanting to drag them into the drama.
Refusing to ignore the situation, Priya heads straight to confront Jack Branning. She pleads with him to pull Ravi out of whatever dangerous mess he’s involved in, making it clear that the secret is out. Jack is immediately furious, realising Ravi has told Priya about his role as a police informant.
The whole operation was meant to stay tightly controlled, and Jack knows that the more people who know the truth, the more dangerous the situation becomes.
Elsewhere on the Square, the fallout from the previous night continues to ripple through the community. Vicki Fowler is still visibly shaken after witnessing Mark Fowler nearly kill Ravi. She stands in the café trying to process everything she saw, clearly struggling with the reality of how violent things have become. Ross attempts to comfort her, but the tension rises sharply when Mark himself walks in.

Mark behaves as though nothing has happened, casually demanding a full English breakfast and even making a remark about the trouble Vicki supposedly caused the night before. His calm, almost smug attitude only adds to the sense of danger hanging over the situation.
Later, Priya approaches Vicki, desperate for reassurance about Ravi’s safety. Vicki promises that Ravi will be protected, but Priya struggles to take comfort from her words. She reveals that Jack now knows Mark has been targeting Ravi. Vicki is furious that the situation has been allowed to spiral this far, and it feels like they’re all now in danger.
Back at home, Priya brings Ravi some news, Jack has agreed to pull him out of the operation. Instead of relief, Ravi initially struggles to even believe it’s true. But when the full truth comes out, the situation quickly becomes even more complicated. Ravi discovers that the reason he’s being taken off the case is because of concerns that have been raised about his mental health.

The pressure Ravi has been under finally starts to show. Mark is on a mission to find the ‘rat’ who’s been leaking information about the gang to the police, and he’s convinced it could be Ravi.
Desperate to prove himself, Mark makes it clear that the truth needs to come out fast. If Mark can’t dispose of Ravi, someone will pay the price. And chillingly, that someone could be his own sister, Vicki Fowler.
Priya soon realises just how badly Ravi is struggling and confronts him about something deeply worrying, his self-harm. It’s a raw moment between them, but Ravi immediately shuts down when she suggests he needs therapy. Refusing to engage, he insists he’s fine, which only frustrates Priya further.

The tension inside the house doesn’t go unnoticed for long. Nugget Gulati and Avani start asking questions, sensing that something serious is going on with their dad. Wanting to protect them from the truth, Priya reassures them that Ravi is just having a tough time and urges them not to worry.
But it’s clear things are far from okay.
Refusing to give up on him, Priya tries one final time to reach Ravi and get him to open up. This time, the emotional wall he’s built around himself finally cracks. Overwhelmed by everything he’s been carrying, the violence, the secrets, the pressure and the guilt, Ravi breaks down in Priya’s arms.
