EastEnders has confirmed that Suki Panesar and Eve Unwin will be spooked by a threat involving Nish
ahead of their wedding in the new year.
Fans of Suki and Eve were delighted when the couple recently reunited and decided to get back on track
with planning for their New Year’s Day wedding.
But it appeared that Nish wasn’t done just yet, as after he pleaded guilty to Keanu’s murder, he found out that Suki still intended to marry Eve.
He paid a prison doctor to exaggerate his terminal condition so his family could visit him, but Ravi wouldn’t agree to help stop the wedding.
Nish then took matters into his own hands and carried out a dramatic escape from prison, returning to Walford where he is currently hiding out in secret.
What Nish does next is yet to be revealed, but he has reached out to his grandson Nugget for help, and it appears that he might have found a new ally.
Later this month, as New Year approaches, Albert Square is in high spirits, as Suki, Eve and the Panesars get ready for the couple’s joint hen do.
But they aren’t able to celebrate just yet as, with Nish still missing, the police arrive to inform the family that there has been a sighting on him in Walford.
Suki is scared for their safety and gets cold feet about their upcoming nuptials. However, Yolande gives her a much-needed pep talk, and she ends up deciding to go ahead with the wedding as planned.
But what Suki doesn’t know is that Nish is continuing to manipulate her grandson, and he could form part of his next sinister plan.
On New Year’s Eve, Suki and Eve are a vision of happiness as their hen night takes place at Harry’s Barn – but the couple remain unaware that Nish is lurking in the shadows and threatens to ruin everything.
The big wedding day arrives and with Walford preparing to celebrate, Suki and Eve finally prepare to say their vows. But will Nish put a spanner in the works?
These scenes will air on the week beginning Monday, December 30 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
