The truth about Sophia’s pill switching is exposed, and Stephanie demands a moment alone with her kidnapper, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers. Plus, Bonnie’s novel might not be so novel after all, and Theo comes face-to-face with the mother he’s long believed was dead. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of March 30-April 3, 2026.

What’s the Story?

Bonnie’s (Judi Evans) book has been published, and she’s signing copies of it in the Kiriakis living room. “So, what did you think?” she enthusiastically asks Justin (Wally Kurth), who’s sitting beside her. Apparently, Justin senses something familiar about it. “It reminded me a lot of Stephanie’s (Abigail Klein) book,”  he responds.

Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) are having a chat about the novel, too. “Bonnie’s slip on the old banana peel could be our saving grace,” proclaims Philip. “Right now, we can’t afford to make our next loan payment.”

Sophia’s Back

Sophia (Rachel Boyd) prances into the Brady Pub, and she’s all smiles. “Oh, hey Tate (Leo Howard)… Holly (Ashley Puzemis),” she says. Tate and Holly can’t believe their eyes, specifically that Sophia has been released from Bayview.

However, the way things are going, that could only be temporary. It seems Brady (Eric Martsolf) has gotten to the bottom of the anti-psychotic drugs that were switched with Holly’s vitamins. “According to Rachel, Sophia was the one that gave them to her to give to Holly,” he announces.

Confronting Owen

At the Salem PD, Owen (Wes Ramsey) has been taken into the interrogation room for questioning by Jada (Elia Kantu). Stephanie, who was held captive by him, demands a moment alone with him. “I want to see Owen,” she declares.

Stephanie is absolutely livid. Once she enters the room, she promptly closes the blinds on the window. Outside, a concerned Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) look on, fearful of what she might do.

Mother and Son Reunion

Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) walks into the facility where EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) has been keeping Lexie. He enters the room and is stunned to see the sight that awaits him: his believed-dead mother lying in a bed and looking very much alive. “Mom?” mutters Theo.
