Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, January 15, reveal that Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering) will help EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) out of a jam that Arnold himself is partially responsible for. Although EJ warned Arnold to stay out of sight during Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) visit, Arnold just emerged from the tunnels and gave Jada a shock.

Arnold will once again play the part of Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so look for him to either back up EJ’s new story or come up with one of his own.

Perhaps “Rafe” will convince Jada there was some reason he had to investigate for the DiMeras off the books.

That would explain why Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) had no knowledge of Rafe’s case and help throw Jada off the trail.

Jada may remain on edge over Rafe keeping secrets for EJ, but she’ll at least be glad her fiancé has resurfaced – or so she thinks!

Over with Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), Days spoilers say her own deception will deepen now that she’s decided to lie to Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).

Sarah opted to stay quiet about the forged letter, so she’ll reconvene with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and push her to keep her mouth shut, too.

Sarah will work to convince Stephanie that it’ll be better for everyone if the Kiriakis brothers just move forward and try to get along.

Unfortunately, Sarah’s decision to cover up Philip Kiriakis’ (John-Paul Lavoisier) sneakiness is bound to backfire once Xander gets updates down the road.

In the meantime, Xander will extend an olive branch to Philip.

Days updates say Xander will hope to make Sarah and Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) proud by achieving peace with Philip, so it won’t be long until they’re actually working in harmony.

Alas, this positive turn for the co-CEOs will blow up sooner or later, so Philip had better enjoy it while it lasts!

At the Hernandez house on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will come together for a sweet moment.

Now that Leo and Javi have decided to be friends, they’ll do some bonding.

However, Days spoilers suggest Leo may get suspicious if he catches Javi wearing that Rochester hoodie.

Now that Leo knows the Lady Whistleblower imposter has a Rochester link, he might quiz Javi about where he got the sweatshirt.

It thankfully doesn’t look like Leo will rush to any conclusions this time around, but he could certainly start to suspect Kerry (Derek Yates) is the reason for his misery.

If Javi confesses that the hoodie belongs to Kerry, that could put Leo on a path to the truth.

Leo will set a trap and ultimately accuse Kerry in the coming episodes, but he may just be on a fact-finding mission for now.
