Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, January 7, find Chanel mad as hell, and she’s not going to take it anymore. There are going to be some changes at Body & Soul—and they’re going to be ones Chanel wants.

Over and Out

First things first: It doesn’t matter if Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) went “all the way” or not. They went far enough, and Chanel (Raven Bowens) ain’t having it. There are going to be some new ground rules: First things second, Johnny is to stay away from his wife. At home and, oh, yeah, at work, too.

Chanel doesn’t want to be directed by Johnny anymore. And she doesn’t want him directing Joy. And she doesn’t want to do any scenes with Joy. So, take it our leave it? What are they going to do—fire her? She’s a star! She’s been acting for days now, and the fans couldn’t bear to watch the show without her. She’s no Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall), you know?

It Gets Better

Joy understands why Chanel is mad at her. But it still makes her sads. So she turns to Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), who is happy to support a co-worker. And to go all the way if that is what it takes to make her feel better. Alex is a giver.

Meanwhile, Alex’s ex, Stephanie (Abigail Klein), is trying to move on with her post-Alex life. There’s sleeping with Philip (Jean-Paul Lavosier)…and then there’s reaching out to Chad (Billy Flynn) for support with yet another project.

Meant To Be

Javi (Al Calderon) is dating Kerry. Who is hot, seemingly nice (and probably the fake Lady Whistleblower, but we’re not supposed to suspect that yet)? But, really, what’s hot and nice when Leo (Greg Rikaart) is also there? Truly, how can Javi stay away? So he doesn’t. Wow, that was some epic romance there.
