Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, January 30, continue banging every gong in existence that something is off about “Rafe.” Will Jada listen? Will Javi? And what will EJ do then?

Jada (Elia Cantu) is super excited to get married. To Rafe (Galen Gering). Really. Everything is just great. Jada loves him and trusts him, and she wants to spend the rest of her life with him. Except…well…see… He’s been acting kind of…off lately.

Find out what happened on DAYS.It’s nothing Jada can exactly put her finger on. He looks the same, and he sounds the same, and he kisses…sort of the same. So everything is, you know, great. But…um…Stephanie (Abigail Klein)? Can she just share a few tiny concerns? So that Stephanie can reassure Jada she has nothing to worry about. Right? Right?

Two Faced

Javi (Al Calderon) also has some concerns about Rafe. They are not the same ones as Jada, but… well, actually, they are kind of the same ones as Jada. In a way. Arnold realizes he has to tread carefully around his “cousin.” And that involves getting Javi to keep a secret for him. For Rafe, that is.

Meanwhile, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) is hanging out in the DiMera tunnels, taunting Rafe about all the life he is missing. Because EJ may be smooth, charming, dashing, and adorable, but he’s also a bad guy. And viewers need to be reminded of that.

Taking It Slow

Now that Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) thinks Stefan (Brandon Barash) abandoned her—he didn’t; we know it, she doesn’t—she is ready to move on with JJ (Casey Moss).

But is JJ ready? He wants to take things slow. They’ll have sex, obviously, and he’ll spend the night at her apartment and have breakfast the next day. But, otherwise, they’ll be totally just inching along. No rush.
