Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) has a dilemma on his hands since he’s decided to use Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering) for a Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) swap after all.

Now that EJ is on board with the switch, he’s got a problem since he doesn’t want Arnold hitting the sheets with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) or even kissing her for that matter.

That’s a pressing issue since Jada is set to marry Rafe by the end of January!

EJ needs a fast solution that’ll come between “Rafe” and Jada, but Days viewers will recall that he hinted about an idea.

When Jada confronted EJ about Rafe’s whereabouts during his bogus case, EJ suggested Rafe might’ve gotten cold feet about the wedding.

It was just a way to get under Jada’s skin in that moment, but it could become EJ’s strategy now.

DOOL fans know Rafe’s marriage commitments haven’t worked out well for him in the past, so EJ may lean into that.

“Rafe” aka Arnold may be instructed to tell Jada that he’s just not ready to take such a huge step with her.

Jada may insist that’s OK despite her disappointment, but “Rafe” might take it further and push for some space.

When Jada asks if “Rafe” is breaking up with her, he may confirm that he wants time apart.

Days spoilers suggest Jada and Rafe’s canceled wedding could leave Jada spinning out.

This will be coming out of nowhere as far as Jada’s concerned, so she’s going to need some comfort.

Since Jada and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) have been growing closer lately, he may be just the person to console her when her “Rafe” engagement blows up.

Jada may give Shawn the news of her split from Rafe and wonder how it all went wrong.

Once Jada updates Shawn and gets some support, it would be easy for their friendship to become more.

Shawn is coming off a divorce from Belle Black (Martha Madison) and could use a new romantic path of his own.

In other words, Jada and Shawn could use some mutual support, so they might find it through a sizzling night together.

Of course, our Days predictions hint that Jada may regret turning to Shawn once the truth about Rafe’s time in captivity comes out!
