Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, April 4, reveal that Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will have some EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) updates while JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) grills Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).

Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will also have a bar encounter, so some hot drama is coming up on Days.

At the hospital, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is waiting for news on EJ’s status following his horrible ordeal.

Kayla will fill Chad in on EJ’s current medical condition, but he won’t be out of the woods yet.

Although EJ will still be alive, Kayla may not be able to make any firm predictions about his recovery and future.

Chad will eventually visit his brother, so that’ll bring some terrifying moments as EJ has a sudden setback.

Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) will continue to support Chad, so they’ll share a warm embrace as they strengthen their bond.

Meanwhile, Days spoilers say JJ will put Kristen through a grilling session.

Since Kristen has been furious with EJ for making Rachel Blake (Ros Gentle) vanish, that certainly gives her a motive to be the person behind EJ’s injuries.

JJ will interrogate Kristen about whether she might’ve pulled the trigger, but Kristen will deny it and urge the good detective to look at other suspects instead.

Kristen will point out that practically the whole town hated EJ, so there are plenty of potential shooters to choose from.

Speaking of potential shooters, Days spoilers say Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will remain possibilities.

On Friday’s DOOL episode, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will have questions about Rafe and Gabi’s actions.

Leo and Javi will consider whether Gabi or Rafe might’ve tried to get rid of EJ permanently.

Rafe’s suspicious behavior won’t do him any favors when it comes to Javi and Leo’s theory about him possibly being responsible.

At Small Bar, Jada will guzzle some booze since she’s really struggling right now.

Rafe pushed for time apart after Jada confessed to sleeping with Shawn, so she’ll worry about whether their relationship will make it.
