Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) may make a baby blunder and mistakenly think Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is pregnant by Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).

During the week of March 3-7, Alex will have an uncomfortable encounter with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins).

There’ll be some awkward tension, but Alex will no doubt assure Joy that he wishes her the best despite their romantic split.

Of course, Joy will be in a hurry to get away from Alex – and DOOL fans will soon see why!

It turns out Joy is late this month, so she’ll panic and head to the hospital for a pregnancy test.

Days spoilers say Joy will give Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) updates on her situation, so Sarah will plan to help her out discreetly.

Unfortunately, it’s tough to be discreet in Salem when there are so many eavesdroppers around.

Stephanie will overhear Sarah talking to another hospital employee about that pregnancy test over the phone, so she’ll discover Joy’s potential baby news.

Days spoilers say Stephanie will corner Sarah with questions, so she’ll presumably seek confirmation on whether Joy is indeed pregnant.

Stephanie will obviously want answers since she just kicked off her own romantic reunion with Alex.

If Joy is having Alex’s baby, then Stephanie will want to prepare herself for them to be permanently linked.

Stephanie may also worry Joy could leave town without telling Alex and argue that’s not fair to him.

Sarah will point out that she can’t discuss Joy’s medical info with Stephanie or anyone else for that matter.

The fact that Stephanie eavesdropped will leave Sarah fuming and may bring a warning to stay quiet.

Later, Stephanie will strike a deal with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), so that may involve opening up to each other about their problems.

Kayla may get Stephanie to share how concerned she is about this baby curveball and how it could affect things.

That’s when it may be Alex’s turn to do some eavesdropping.

It’s easy to imagine Alex overhearing Stephanie make a pregnancy-related comment.

Since Alex is apparently going to get the wrong idea, he may assume Stephanie’s pregnant following her brief renewed romance with Philip.
