Former Coronation Street and Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis has announced the birth of her baby boy.
The actor, who played Courtney Vance and Sinead O’Connor on the respective soaps, confirmed the happy news in a joint Instagram post with her partner Joe McKalroy.
“Welcome to the world my beautiful baby boy Samuel McKalroy,” they captioned some sweet photos of their newborn with family.
“Named after your uncle, the one and only, who will always weigh heavy on my heart. I wish so much that he could’ve met you and cherished you as much as I do. It has been a traumatic experience but you are finally here in our arms.”

Joe concluded the caption by expressing his “unconditional love” for Stephanie, writing: “I never thought I could possibly love your mummy any more than I already do but this is just so special and an unconditional love I cannot explain with words.

Stephanie returned the praise in the post’s comments section, saying: “I couldn’t love you more, I’m so blessed to have you as a daddy to our boys. You carried me though that, it was so tough. I love you more than you will ever know.”
Stephanie already shares a son, Caben, with former Celebrity Big Brother star Jeremy McConnell.
In other news, Stephanie recently unveiled a new project away from soaps, announcing the release of a new beauty range.
“I’m absolutely delighted to announce that I am launching my own beauty range [called] Sincere,” she wrote on Instagram last month, before confirming that the brand includes a variety of mink eyelashes, luxury precision tweezers, eyelash growth serum and a 2-in-1 eyelash glue and remover.
“I hope you love the products as much as I do, and this is a present from me to you,” she added.
