Sister Wives Why Meri Brown Is The True Villain Of Family
For many seasons, Sister Wives viewers felt bad for Meri Brown. They saw how Kody Brown was over their marriage and did not care if she left and found someone new.
Yet, she stayed as she felt it was her spiritual and religious duty to be a part of the family until the end. Finally, she opened her eyes to what the truth was and it was not pretty.
Kody had moved on and there was no real love there. There also wasn’t any intimacy therefore she had nothing but a bare minimum friendship.
At the end of Season 18, Meri shared she was leaving Flagstaff to spend more time in Utah at the B&B and it was about time.
Now, fans are pointing out why Meri was actually the true villain of the show and the family all along. One of the most obvious reasons was that she allowed herself to be and play the victim.
She wanted to make it look like everyone in the family was against her yet Kody was very clear that he did not want to be with her.
The Brown children also outed her as allegedly cruel and abusive with Paedon Brown leading the pack. Mykelti Brown Padron spoke out against Meri Brown which could’ve ended her LuLaRoe business as Meri was higher on the totem pole at the MLM.
When Christine Brown Woolley opted to leave the plural family, she shared she would only stay in touch with one wife. She and Janelle Brown had formed a very close bond but she wanted nothing to do with Meri who was an OG wife.

Sister Wives fans have long disliked Meri Brown’s behavior and even referred to her as a “bully.” They started a Reddit thread when Christine Brown Woolley started her cooking show.
Meri proceeded to mock it and fans did not take kindly to that. More so, they added that she likely was gossiping behind the wives’ backs for years:
Fans also think she has a lot of manipulation tactics and it cannot be forgotten how she overcharged for her B&B retreat. It was thousands of dollars and she couldn’t get the turnout she needed.
Therefore, she recruited her followers to make it appear it was successful, then tried again. Meri has struggled to be likable for some time. Maybe now that she is away from the family, she can gain some respect.
