While many lead roles have been filled, the show still needs a hot duo to steam up daytime screens.

Added teasers hint that the two will pitch an idea to  Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) to audition; however, could this be a recipe for disaster?

DOOL spoilers imply that Abe and Johnny will see the ‘star potential’ in both Alex and Chanel.

It looks like Alex may ditch the corporate world, as he needs to start a fresh chapter after the fallout of learning he wasn’t Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) son and breaking up with Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) because of her lies.

While Chanel has Sweet Bits, she may be able to hire someone to oversee the bakery to pursue the land of soaps! After all, anything is possible in Salem, right?

Either way, it sounds like Alex and Chanel may become the newest cast members of Body & Soul! It will be an exciting new opportunity for both, but could this all lead to disaster?

DOOL Spoilers: Chanel & Alex’s History, Mixed With Romance Scenes, Equals A Jealous Hubby!

Fans know the history between Chanel and Alex. While they are friends now, it wasn’t too long ago that they partook in a threesome with Chanel’s then-girlfriend, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).

As Johnny will be hands-on when it comes to filming, watching his wife make out with another man could rub him the wrong way, especially if the two have instant sparks from the get-go.

The threesome is bound to come up again, and once Johnny is reminded of this, he could slowly but surely develop jealousy that only grows more powerful as the days and weeks progress.
