Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) has been left mortified after signing into a new business partnership with her EastEnders enemy Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman).
In scenes that aired earlier this week, Harvey eyed up a new venture when his mate Cheeky tried to flog him his old limousine.
Planning to retire, he needed rid of the vehicle – which would be perfect for weddings and flashy events – but Harv’ couldn’t get his hands on the funds.
Even girlfriend Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth) couldn’t help, much to Kat’s hilarity.
However, when the cab office owner discovered that he was attempting to poach some of her drivers for the investment, she set about shutting down his plans and buying the car herself.
Harvey had considered teaming up as her business partner, but that wasn’t something Kat was prepared to entertain.


In tonight’s episode, Kat and partner Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) were already planning a huge publicity campaign to advertise the limo, despite not signing on the dotted line.
Cheeky paid them a visit and said he’d received an offer, though would only accept hers if she could get the money to him by the end of the day in cash.
Having had a sudden brainwave, she raced over to Phil Mitchell’s (Steve McFadden) house and asked for an advance on their divorce settlement. A reluctant Phil agreed, knowing that Kat wouldn’t give in until he caved.
Meanwhile, Cheeky broke the news to Harvey that their deal was off the table unless he could match the ‘other bidder’s (Kat) offer – but there was a reprieve, as she was likely to agree to be his silent partner.
