From the moment Luna arrived in town, all signs pointed to Bill being her father. However, the DNA test results were manipulated, leaving fans questioning everything. When Bill was ruled out, suspicion shifted to Tom Starr, but once again, it was a dead end. Naturally, the audience assumed Jack Finnegan must be the father, given his past with Poppy. Yet, B&B threw another curveball, finally revealing that Finn was Lunaโs biological father.
Rather than shocking fans, this revelation left them feeling disturbed. Many had a sinking feeling this was where the storyline was headed but hoped the writers wouldnโt go through with it. Unfortunately, they did. The show now expects viewers to accept that Finn, at just 18 years old, had a one-night stand with Poppy before leaving for collegeโresulting in Lunaโs birth.
The issue? Finn always saw Poppy as family. Even though he was adopted, he grew up calling her “Aunt Poppy.” Now, the show expects fans to believe that his โcousinโ is actually his daughter. This shocking twist has led to outrage, with viewers accusing Poppy of predatory behavior.
