Kevin Costner And Jennifer Lopez Are Allegedly Falling For Each Other – ‘Talking Every Day’

The Hollywood stars Kevin Costner, 69, and Jennifer Lopez, 55, are rumored to be in the early stages of dating – or at least, some sort of interest in each other!

Lopez, of course, is literally fresh off her divorce from former beau Ben Affleck.

Costner And Lopez Allegedly Dating

Costner and Lopez were reportedly spotted grabbing a drink together in the swanky climes of Aspen, Colorado over the Christmas holiday.

“At the moment things are still at the very beginning stages, but after they hung out in Aspen he made sure to send her a huge bouquet of her favourite flowers with a little handwritten note along with a magnum of champagne,” an inside told Closer Weekly UK. “Since then, they’ve been talking pretty much every day, and the plan is to get together for dinner in the next couple of weeks, when their schedules line up.”

The source went on to claim that Lopez “loves how passionate Kevin is about making movies, and he’s also a musician.” As for Costner, he is “in awe of how incredibly fit and eternally young she is. She’s among those inspiring him to hit the gym and prove age is just a number.”

Incredibly fit she is, as a quick perusal of her Instagram proves:

“J.Lo isn’t ready to rush into anything right now but she does seem excited about the potential, and even if they wind up just connecting as friends, it’s still a massive ego boost to have him falling all over her like this,” the insider added.

Gee whiz folks… if J Lo has confidence problems, what hope do we mere mortals have?

Costner And Lopez’s Divorces

Lopez recently finalized her divorce from her fellow Hollywood star Ben Affleck after just two years of marriage. Meanwhile, Costner divorced his wife Christine Baumgartner in 2024 after twenty years of marriage.

‘Kevin has a lot of the qualities she’s looking for in her next man,” the source claimed. “He’s incredibly successful and he’s someone that commands a huge amount of respect in the industry and among all their peers. Having him on her arm would make a big statement – and it doesn’t hurt that Ben has always spoken very highly of Kevin.”

“Kevin is also friends with Jennifer Garner, which definitely appeals to J.Lo because she loves the idea of dating someone they can’t help but approve of,” the insider continued. Garner is Affleck’s ex-wife, with whom he shares his three children.

“Of course dating Kevin would come with a lot of attention for her. He’s something of a Hollywood icon so linking up with him would be great for her image,” the source explained. “Kevin is also very much a gentleman and loves to flash the cash, so dates with him will mean private jets and the best of everything, which certainly appeals to her as well.”

Lopez And Costner’s Marriage History

Lopez has been married three times. Her first marriage was to the actor Ojani Noa, who she was married to from 1997 until 1998. She then married her backup dancer Cris Judd in 2002, and they divorced the next year. Lopez’s third marriage was to the singer Marc Anthony, who she was with from 2004 until 2014. He is the father of her 16 year-old twins.

As for Costner, he’s been married twice. His first marriage was to Cindy Silva, who he was with from 1978 until they divorced in 1994. He then married Baumgartner in 2004.

Only time will tell if Costner and Lopez actually make it as a couple. It will certainly be interesting to see how this turns out!
