In today’s Days of Our Lives, EJ gripes to himself about how annoying it is to keep Rafe locked up in the tunnels — but he’s getting his revenge against Jada one way or another. Johnny walks in and EJ tells him he was just complaining about Jada getting him fired. Johnny counters saying he’s on Paulina’s bad list, too.

EJ encourages him to keep trying with Chanel — he and Sami forgave each other countless times. Johnny asks EJ about the tray of food, so he claims it’s to eat in his room. Johnny’s about to head out for Rafe’s party, which an annoyed EJ learns about for the first time. Once Johnny leaves, EJ worries about a drunk Arnold ruining everything.

Over at Paulina and Abe’s, Chanel’s lounging on the couch, looking miserable and eating when her mom comes out, tells her she’s going to Jada’s bachelorette party and Chanel’s coming with her. She’s cried over Johnny enough, it’s time to get out. Paulina keeps pushing until Chanel throws up her hands and gets dressed.

Gabi and Stephanie are getting Steph’s apartment ready for the big party when they break out the Jell-O shots. Gabi hands Stephanie one to pregame — and then another — and the two are off to a great night.

Shawn’s hard at work at the police department with the news that Child Protective Services is getting involved in Rachel’s case. She empathizes, then Shawn gets ready to leave for Rafe’s bachelor party. Neither expect it to get wild, which Jada apologizes for. But she’s happy Rafe is so loving and loyal, especially after her past relationships.

Belle pops in to escort Jada to her bachelorette party, even bearing a dress for her to wear. Jada goes to get changed and Belle and Shawn exchange pleasantries about their respective parties. She gets a bit awkward and runs off to check on Jada.

Arnold’s busy looking for… less savory viewing material on his laptop when Javi gets home, making him slam the laptop shut. Javi tells him he needs to relax, so he’s throwing him a bachelor party. RoboRafe, of course, is thrilled at the idea, then makes an awkward comment about Javi not taking the lap dances, only to be told Rafe’s cousin is gay. Oops.

Arnold covers quickly, then goes to shower for his lap dances. Javi’s left a bit confused.

Back at Stephanie’s, Paulina shows up with booze and an apologetic Chanel. Stephanie assures her it’s fine and she promises they’ve all got her back with Johnny. It doesn’t take long to get into the Jell-O shots — and drinking straight from the bottle for Chanel. “Um, maybe we should try to pace ourselves, baby,” Paulina tries stepping in. But then Jada and Belle arrive and the bride-to-be breaks into the shots.

Chanel’s sitting with an inflatable tube lifeguard, telling him he’s probably a cheater too, while the other ladies get increasingly sloshed. They really like the Jell-O shots. But when they wonder if the guys are having fun, Chanel stands up, says death to all straight, cisgender men, then punches the inflatable one. Gabi hands Stephanie another shot.

Paulina approaches her daughter like a wild animal — “Easy now…” — and tells her the poor lifeguard never hurt anyone. Stephanie then breaks out the games with cards that require you to either answer a personal question or take a shot.

The first question is about hookups they regret. Stephanie volunteers Jeremy Horton, then takes a shot anyway. (Did we mention, the ladies love the Jell-O shots?) Paulina says Fifty Cent from her Miami days. She doesn’t regret the fun they had, just that he stopped hitting her up after. Belle just takes a shot, and Jada says she regrets her first time at band camp from high school. Then she takes a shot.

Gabi’s response is easy, “EJ DiMera!” She was trying to get back at Stefan for cheating. Chanel jumps in and bursts out that every damn DiMera is a cheater. They toast to screwing EJ and all take a shot, except Belle. Because her most regrettable one is also EJ. She was having fun until Sami scared EJ away. Shot time!

“Is there anyone in the room who has not slept with my father in law?” Chanel asks. Everyone else’s hands go up. Her regret? Her “nasty” husband Johnny. She starts ranting about Joy, then says she should’ve known ever since Johnny was possessed by the devil. Jada’s so confused. “Say what now??”

Then things get even more awkward when Belle commiserates about her own possession. Stephanie asks if they know what this party needs (“An exorcism?” Paulina’s response) — a change of scenery. They get a car and Paulina tries to take a very drunken Chanel home, but she refuses. She’s having fun!

Steve and Johnny, meanwhile, crack open a couple beers at the Brady Pub, waiting for the party to start. Johnny asks if his grandfather is there, but Steve says Roman is off in Chicago checking in on Rex. He could’ve used some advice, so Steve tells him he’s a good listener — and they already know what happened with him and Chanel. Steve tells him a mistake doesn’t have to mean the end of his marriage — he made it through plenty with Kayla by trusting their love.

Shawn arrives next, followed shortly by Rafe and Javi. The fake groom decides the party is “anything goes,” but that screeches to a halt the second EJ shows up. Johnny, Steve and Shawn wonder why he’s there, but EJ says he and Rafe are trying to turn the corner, so he came to toast to him. And to get a progress report on Sloan.

Steve’s annoyed that Rafe took on a case without running it by him first, but RoboRafe shrugs it off. What’s the big deal? Steve says it’s his and John’s name on the door. “OK, buddy, chill out.” That just upsets Steve more, and RoboRafe demands to know if he’s being threatened. Javi and Shawn pull Steve away, and Johnny tells EJ he should probably leave — which Arnold backs up.

Once it’s just the two conspirators alone, Arnold complains about his night being ruined, but EJ tells him this is a dangerous game with Rafe’s closest friends. “You need to keep your eye on the prize.” His only mission is to help EJ get back at Jada. They bicker until the fellas come back out with food and Javi apologizes for not getting the entertainment.

Then a (female) cop shows up to tell the guys playtime is over. Shawn tries to smooth things over and she tells RoboRafe she’s there to arrest him for identity theft. He gets all awkward. He’s claiming he’s a married man, but he’s still single… Then she starts stripping.

She starts giving him a lap dance with Arnold stuffing money in her rapidly disappearing clothes — and the ladies all show up! “Having a good time?” Jada asks. He jumps up nervously, but she tells him to finish up, she’s just amused. Instead RoboRafe says he’d rather have a lap dance with her.

Gabi snaps at EJ for being there, Shawn asks Belle what happened to the party and Johnny awkwardly tells Chanel he’s surprised she’s there. So she takes off her sunglasses, tells him to screw off, he’s Joy’s problem now, finishes a beer and smashes it on the ground! Paulina tries to go after her, but Shawn says he’s the only sober one there. And he knows what she’s going through.

Jada and Rafe dance a bit, but she wants to go so they aren’t hung over for the wedding tomorrow. He says he got a room at the Inn because they aren’t supposed to be together the night before the wedding. She’s put out a bit, but thinks it’s cute he’s so old fashioned. So… sure. She pulls in for a hug, with EJ watching what Arnold does like a hawk.

In the show’s final moments, a very drunk Stephanie gets home with Steve. He sits her down and checks in on how she’s doing with Philip. She’s feeling a bit defeated after failing twice with Philip, not to mention Chad and everyone else. He assures her there’s someone perfect for her, and one day she’ll be the one having the bachelorette party. “And after that, I’m gonna walk my little Sweetness down the aisle.” He hugs her close.

EJ drives Belle home (well, his driver does) and walks her to her door, which she says wasn’t needed. She just had six… maybe seven jello shots. They start needling each other about her stealing his job, him ghosting her after Sami, arguing and insulting and — they start making out.

Shawn finds Chanel throwing back more drinks at Small Bar. She starts dancing all over him, then plants a big kiss right on Shawn.

Javi and Gabi get back home with a tipsy Jada. She’s so happy to get to spend her whole life with Rafe and stumbles upstairs to get some sleep. Arnold, meanwhile, takes another drink in his hotel room, then answers his door to the stripper, happy he gave her his number. They lock lips and she shoves him onto the bed.
