Did any Bold & Beautiful viewer not think that the issue of who is Luna father was buried along with Tom Starr? We sure did. But the week of January 13, her paternity is again called into question, this time with a very different answer.
In fact, on Thursday, January 16, Li, armed with new intel, attacks Poppy, who it seems hooked up with the doc’s former husband Jack just long enough ago for him to be Luna’s father.
The preview that the show ran at the end of the January 10 episode had Li in full rage mode as she railed against her sister for betraying her with her spouse — and in a way that meant Luna’s uncle may be her father.
We’re not sure we buy it. Aside from Li yelling at Poppy a lot, where’s the drama in Jack being Luna’s pop?
The show has never really invested in Ted King’s character; Sheila got all the story from the reveal that Finn was their son, not Jack.
The last time he was trotted out, it was just to be a red herring in…
Oh, wait. Maybe that’s why Bill keeps asking Luna for details about how she killed Tom and Hollis.
Maybe we are building up to her second retconned story — the first being her high-as-a-kite “accidental” tryst with Zende.
What if Jack actually killed both men and, somehow, an unstable Luna convinced herself that she’d done it?
Farfetched. Sure. But is it any more out-there than Luna having schemed to sleep with Zende, then blaming it on her mom’s mints just so that everyone would know that she did drugs in time for her to be the prime suspect in Tom and Hollis’ murders?
What do you think? Is Jack going to turn out to be Luna’s father when all is said and done?
