Some Albert Square residents were left shocked in last night’s EastEnders episode when Mo Harris (Laila Morse) revealed that she had previously slept with a

woman – and fans think they know who.

While celebrating Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) and Suki Panesar’s (Balvinder Sopal) hen night, the hens decided to play a game of ‘Never Have I Ever…’, and

Eve was quick to offer her ‘favourite’ statement to ‘a table full of straights’.

When Eve said ‘never have I ever slept with a woman’, the hens were in uproar when Mo took a drink, signalling that she had.

Of course, they were eager for all the gory details, desperate to know who the mystery woman was.

Unfortunately, all we discovered was that it was someone most people at the table knew…

It didn’t take long for fans to start theorising who Mo’s secret lover was, and one name cropped up plenty of times: Pat Butcher.

Viewers will remember Pat and Mo’s complicated relationship, with the former sisters-in-law having a lengthy feud.

Best friends at school, their relationship fell apart when Pat revealed to brother Jimmy that Mo had cheated on him.

When Mo denied the accusation, Jimmy disowned Pat, thus beginning the women’s bitter feud.

Thankfully, they managed to finally set aside their differences before Pat’s death in 2012.

Now, fans have taken to Twitter/X to speculate that it was Pat that Mo spent a night with – and we’re tempted to believe it ourselves!

In 2022, Mo admitted to Eve and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) that in the early 1960s, she and Pat had almost slept together after consuming copious amounts of Babycham – only Jimmy’s return put a stop to it.

Could Mo have been bending the truth about what really happened that night?

While some fans questioned whether Mo and Pat had slept together, others were more certain that it couldn’t be anyone else, claiming that they were sure it was ‘definitely’ the soap icon that Mo was talking about.

Who can forget the game at Kathy Beale’s (Gillian Taylforth) hen party in 2023, when she revealed that she had kissed Tina Carter and been told she’d make a ‘top tier lesbian’?
