The last time Lucky was in Port Charles, he was playing pseudo-dad to two of Elizabeth’s sons before they finally had their own on General Hospital. But despite Aiden
being Lucky’s biological child, here’s why Cameron actually better fits the bill.
Unlucky In Love
No one’s been as unlucky in the romance department than Lucky (Jonathan Jackson). Aside from his on-again, off-again relationship with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), he
also had failed relationships with Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco), Sarah (ex-Jennifer Sky), and even married Siobhan (ex-Erin Chambers) before she was killed. While Cameron (William Lipton, who returned to GH for Christmas) hasn’t had to say a final farewell to any of his exes, he was in a sort of on-again, off-again relationship with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) that ended with her leaving him for another man. While Cameron is currently happy with his new girlfriend, only time will tell if the people who raised him will rekindled their love story.
Music
While it may not actually run in his blood, Cameron is the only of Elizabeth’s sons to have an interest in music, much like the man who raised him. Lucky often serenaded Elizabeth and performed at Nurses Balls as a teenager, and Cameron has done the same thing (sometimes with the same guitar!) with Josslyn. As for Jackson and Lipton, they’ve both been the lead vocalist in their own respective bands, and Lipton’s, The Runarounds, even performed on GH in 2022.

Hair
As silly as a similarity as it is, there’s no denying Lucky’s and Cameron’s resemblance during Cam’s latest trip home. Their long locks are almost identical, and Lipton recently commented on his very un-Cameron-like hairstyle during his latest GH episodes.
Do you think Cameron is the most like Lucky our of Elizabeth’s three boys? Let us know in the comments.
