General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that an explosive secret could be revealed very soon, and Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) might be at the center of it all.

During the Tuesday, December 17 episode, BLQ seemed on the cusp of dropping a bombshell on Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) but held back. Is it only a matter of time before the truth comes out?

GH spoilers note that it didn’t seem too long ago that Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) agreed that it was time to expand their family.

Still, during Tuesday’s show, BLQ revealed to Maxie that she and her husband had been trying for “months” to have a baby with zero results.

Brook Lynn was concerned about potential issues; however, Maxie tried to smooth things over by encouraging her friend. Is the show about to finally reveal a secret most fans already have a hunch about?

GH Spoilers: The Gio Palmieri Factor

Many GH viewers believe that Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is the long-lost child of Brook Lynn and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). From the looks of it, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) may know the young man is her grandson.

However, BLQ and Dante seem to be in the dark. While Brook Lynn may not realize Gio is her son, it does seem as if she’s been hiding a past pregnancy secret from Chase.

During a recent scene between BLQ, Dante, and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) it was revealed that Brook Lynn and Dante had a fling at camp one summer when they were all teenagers.

The timelines seem to match up that this could’ve been when she got pregnant, and Gio might be the baby BLQ gave up for adoption to an unknown couple, all those years ago.

Lois may have handled the adoption process. In wanting the baby to be close, she may have given Gio away to someone in the neighborhood, to ensure he stayed “in the family”.

Brook Lynn looked as if she wanted to spill the beans to Maxie during Tuesday’s show. Could something have happened during her pregnancy with Gio that may have caused complications in trying to get pregnant now? Maybe something occurred during the delivery?

Regardless, BLQ’s worries over this might be the very thing that blows this secret out of the water.
