(Dan Feuerriegel) about his affair before Chanel (Raven Bowens) walked in and informed her husband that she invited Joy
(AlexAnn Hopkins) over to watch the premiere. Leo (Greg Rikaart) woke up in bed beside Javi (Al Calderon) and they watched the premiere together. Later, he found out Lady Whistleblower was back writing and was about to leak spoilers for the show. Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Roman (Josh Taylor) joined Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina (Jackée Harry) to watch the premiere. Later, Abe received good news about the views before becoming ill.

Javi defended his relationship with Leo to Gabi (Cherie Jimenez). After Leo found out a new Lady Whistleblower is leaking B&S spoilers, he realized the culprit could be Javi, who he had caught on his laptop. He later found Javi at Gabi’s office and confronted him about it. Johnny, Alex, and Roman all fell ill from the cupcakes. Chanel took care of her husband and he worried he didn’t deserve her, while Alex got sick while running lines with Joy and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) brought Roman to the hospital to get checked out. Kate informed them a crew member was sent home after getting sick and they realized it was from the cupcakes.

Leo accused Javi about being Lady Whistleblower and when Javi denied it, the two wound up in a blowout that ended with Javi throwing Leo out. JJ (Casey Moss) vented to Gabi about Chad’s decision to drop the charges and work with Clyde. Clyde (James Read) called Chad (Billy Flynn) and told him to check into a hotel pretending to be married. Cat suggested Mark (Jonah Robinson) go in there place in order to blindside Clyde, which would mean Chad gets his charges dropped. Chad refused, so JJ to help them. Rafe (Galen Gering) assured Jada (Elia Cantu) he still planned on quitting the force, then Paulina came in asking Rafe to investigate the cupcake situation. That was when Rafe informed her that he was resigning, then Kate arrived and accused Hattie (Deidre Hall) of sending the cupcakes.

After being given the serum, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) wondered if it was working. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) barged into her room demanding she attempt to walk and Xander (Paul Telfer) kicked her out. When Sarah decided to try walking, she couldn’t stand up on her own. Later, a water bottle feel on her leg and she felt it. Ava (Tamara Braun) told Brady (Eric Martsolf) that Tate (Leo Howard) called Sophia (Madelyn Kientz) “Holly,” then Kristen walked into the pub and saw them hugging. Tate and Holly (Ashley Puzemis) ran into Sophia in the square. When they got to the Kiriakis Mansion, Tate admitted that he called Sophia her name and Holly wondered if he would have gotten back together with her had Sophia not broken up with him.

Chanel overheard Johnny dreaming about Joy but talked his way out of it. Joy stayed with Alex while he was sick from the cupcake, then confided in him about what happened between her and Johnny. After Sarah felt the water bottle hit her leg, they found out the serum was working and she eventually was able to walk out of her hospital room. Kristen confronted Brady about confiding in Ava about their relationship until Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) called Brady to let him know about Sarah. Then Brady admitted to Kristen he only wants a relationship as co-parents and she insinuated that Ava is into him. Stephanie (Abigail Klein) ran into Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) at the pub and he asked her to represent him in court, but she refused until he talked her into it.
