Lulu Wakes During Sam’s Funeral?!

General Hospital recaps recall that Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) was a match for Lulu Spencer (formerly Emme Rylan, Alexa Havins 2024). Lulu’s liver was failing and everyone and their uncle got tested for a match. Oddly, Lulu’s own two brothers were not viable options to donate their liver. However, her ex husband’s new girl was. Yes, Sam gave the gift of life to Dante’s ex.

According to the latest General Hospital previews, this week hones in on Sam’s funeral and a startling awakening. Dante’s experience great loss, after the woman he planned to marry died saving his ex wife. At the time, Lulu’s prognosis was uncertain. Laura, Lucky, Dante, Maxie, and everyone else who loves Lulu clung on for dear life in the hopes of Lulu coming back to them. It was all supposed to be a happy ending, a dark cloud now ominously hovers over Sam and Lulu’s family and friends.

GH spoilers tease that this week the people of Port Charles say goodbye to Fair Samantha. Lucas feels the weight of the guilt in his shoulders, wishing he could have done something differently. Sadly, there’s nothing that anyone could have done. Meanwhile, Lulu lies unconscious in her hospital bed until new activity surprises everyone.
